Hi, sissies! I'm on Day 3 of the 16:8 IF and so far so good although I really miss eating breakfast! Nakasanayan ko na kasi since bata ako na I always eat rice and ulam for breakfast with matching coffee or Milo. I think keri ko naman mag IF; my only problem is, pag hindi ako nag b-breakfast hindi ako napoopoop before leaving the house for work! Big problem yan for me kasi I get anxious pag di ako naka banyo before leaving the house kasi malayo ang workplace ko. :(

Height: 5 feet flat (HAHA)
Current weight: 115lbs
Target weight: 100 lbs

Di ako actually mataba pero malaki ang tummy and face ko. The rest of my body is skinny (BUTETE look, haha)

doing the 16: 8 and 22: 2

depende sa mood ko, faster weight loss if hindi disiplinado ka din sa food intake.  :)

just want to help here regarding losing weight, i almost hit 70 kilos from 45 kilos, what i can advise to those people na gusto pumayat.

1st - determination, yes kailangan naka set ang mind mo sa goal mo, kailangan until in the end is mapanindigan mo yung goal mo.

2nd - discipline, you should know when to stop na, kailangan kung ano lang yung kailangan ng katawan mo yun lang kakainin mo.

i started the low carb diet meaning no high carbs food like pasta, rice, breads. yes mahirap sa umpisa but walang mahirap sa taong determinado pumayat.  Lahat na ata ng slimming pills is natake ko after ng first pregnancy ko, yoyo ang katawan ko that time papayat because of slimming pills but bumabalik kasi its true 80% diet and 20% exercise ang formula to maintained your weight.

so here are the things na nakahelp sa akin makapag bawas ng timbang in a faster way but safe (i consulted my doctor din muna before taking these)

1.  best keto diet - keto burn  advanced weight loss - since i am in a keto diet my brother introduced this to me, this is from USA and meron na din ako nakita here sa Pinas na nagsesell this is highly recommended for keto supplements. Walang panghihina ako naramdaman and napabilis ang weight loss ko.

2. Garcinia cambogia ng potent organic - this one naman i took this nung wala pa ako sa keto, if hindi ka naman keto you can take this, appetite suppressant ito and they are purely organic so its safe din and effective, marami na ako na take na brand but this one is the only brand that i can highly recommend kasi ito lang naging effective sa katawan ko. Try to check shopee or Lazada.

3. teamiblends detox tea - eto naman yung mga iniinom ng mga vloggers like anne clutz, anna cay, and other vloggers around the world, this one naman ang target nya is for flatter tummy and less  bloated, so yung mga toxins sa katawan mo is tatanggalin din nito that will help you tanggalin lahat ng excess baggage sa katawan mo, it works on me.

4. water  water water - more water intake mas napapabilis din ang pagtunaw sa mga unwanted fats! ako 6 to 8 liters per day.

5. exercise - exercise atleast 3 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes. basta gumalaw lang dugo mo and mapag pawisan ka kahit papano, i do zumba every other day for 20 to 1 hr a day.

from 70 kilos i am now 50 kilos, 3 more kilos and i am done, hope this will help you guys :)

Natigil nanaman ako sa IF ilang months na. Inatake nanaman kasi ako ng migraine ko kaya hindi ko nakayanan. But I?m planning to start again kaso parang hindi ko na ulit alam paano magumpisa. I want to try supplements din baka sakali makatulong.

I have been doing IF for a year now, mainly to maintain the visibility of my ab muscles. I have always been lean to begin with, and kita na yung chiseled torso ko sa sides, pero hindi yung sa harap or tummy part. In short, I'm going for a "4-pack". Hirap ko ma-achieve kasi I really love eating carbs AKA cakes, chips, fries, lechon, etc.

What I do is I eat anything and everything I want for 1-3 hours around 10am-1pm. Then afterwards, kung gutumin man ako, inom lang ako ng buko juice or water. Next day, the same routine. I admit minsan mahirap talaga lalo na when I got out in the afternoon or evening with my husband, family or with my friends, tapos parang may fiesta sa harapan ko. Yes, bumibigay ako at hindi lang buko juice ang nao-order ko. BUT, I have been strictly doing IF at least 4 days a week, for a year now. And yes, my cheat days are usually during the weekends.

Good luck mga sis!

It's been easy for me to do this because my job is easy-peasy and I don't do manual labor. My eating time and energy consumption is favorable to my work schedule. I wouldn't suggest IF to people who work hard or have strenuous jobs during the day, because you need energy and stamina.

I'm happy because I achieved my desirable weight and body mass index and it has been consistent, and of course nagpakita na rin ang abs.

Very effective ang IF. Unconsciously lang ako nakaka-IF kasi mahaba ang tulog ko. Now that I'm 9 mos Postpartum, I'm back with my Pre-pregnancy weight. 14 hours fasting ako everyday.

I'm used to skipping breakfast, even lunch.  It makes me more productive at work.  I just buy coffee and dessert to keep me going the whole day since I only have dinner as my main meal.

I am also doing 14-10 IF.  effective siya.  Sinasabayan ko ng ACV sa morning.  Plain lang naman and they say it does not break the fast as long as plain siya.

Maganda siya kasi na-me-maintain niya yong weight ko.  It helps din if you control what you take sa eating window mo.  I changed my white rice to brown rice na rin ang eat a well balanced diet.
