Hi everyone! It's been a while since last visit ko sa forum. Restricted na kasi sa work. Anyway, in case you want to try yoga check out Community Fitness Studio. It's located in Pasig (Kapasigan area). I teach Vinyasa Yoga Class. Everyone is welcome. Check us out sa fb. Our rate per class is only P99. Yes, P99 only, we have great teachers and amazing yogis.

Hopefully maka attend kayo ng class ko. I teach every Thursday night, 8PM

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, there's a parking lot sa lower ground ng building. It's free for Yogis, inform the teacher lang so she/he can provide you with note to present to the security before leaving.

We have FREE classes on Saturday in celebration of International Yoga Day!
I'll be teaching the Vinyasa 'chill' class @ 10am.

Hello everyone! I am sorry to bump this thread up, but it's really interesting for me. I am practicing yoga for many years, and it's my favourite hobby. When I do yoga, I really feel wonderful, it relaxes my body and clears my thoughts. I am always meditating while practicing yoga, and it makes me feel much better.

I am not sure yoga is  hobby. For me it is more like a lifestyle. I personally have been a fan of yoga for a long time now and I am very happy that people are actually paying more attention to it. I think that the only thing people need to remember is that it's not something that you can just do for a little while. I have been into yoga for many years already and I was actually scheduled to go to India for a 6 month retreat but because of the pandemic I had to cancel those plans. I was extremely disappointment with these turn of events but after a few days of moping I started looking for alternatives that are closer to home. I have been mostly focusing on Costa Rica and that was when I found this really cool site https://yogapractice.com/yoga/top-10-yoga-retreats-in-costa-rica . It's basically a list of potential places that actually do work at this time. I booked myself a 3 week stay at one of those at the beginning of April. Fingers crossed everything will go smoothly
