Everybody wants the same thing.

If you're not into casual sex, then don't do it. If you want the 'real' thing, then be deserving of it -- be the right one instead of looking for the one. Ask yourself -- would you date yourself? In all honesty, would you want to love a person like yourself for the rest of your life?
...all adventurous women do.

Finding real love is a long process. Or kung may chemistry ka with him, kayo na. Qualities nya, educational attainment, age, etc. Not to mention kelangan na single din or available at walang sabit.

If you stumbled on a guy na FUBU lang ang hanap, then ignore, move on, next.  Yes, mingle and meet more people, but be discerning and wiser to avoid people with bad influence at alam mong hindi ka magiging masaya sa ganun.

I like what I read in the other thread. Never assume.  Kasi sa panahon nga ngayon, feeling ko ha, guys are easily swayed narin kasi maraming girls din na humahabol sa guys, so papatulan nila agad.  So sino nalang ba ang guys na matitira for you if they would prefer women chasing them, younger pa at malalambing.  Well, ang sagot ko dyan, it takes an extraordinary guy to hold ground to his values and sya yung worthy mo makilala.

@switmhai21, real love is perennial as the grass, sabi nga ni Kahlil Gibran. Read the advises of many wise sisters here at GT (like the ones above) and especially the sob stories from the others here so you can learn and get tips from them.

1. iwas textspeak (charot -- no, seriously ;D)
2. follow other GT'ers advise, but then again experience is the best teacher
3. aim for self-improvement

Again:

1) Get a new hobby
2) Focus on self-improvement
3) Travel
4) Spend time with yourself - go read a good book, eat at fancy restaurants
5) Have FUN
6) Make an effort to meet men - This is VERY important.

You dont look for it, you wait for it. If you look for it okay lang basta make sure kilalanin muna ng husto yung tao at dapat kung liligawan ka nya nakikita ng lahat hindi yung ikaw lang kasi once infatuated ka sa kanya, blinded by love ka na nun :) #speaking from experience haha i dont wanna repeat this same mistake again :))

Sometimes, love isn’t a feeling you force upon yourself; it just happens When you start to spend more time with another human being, you expose yourself to whom he or she is  all the idiosyncrasies, past experiences, what makes him or her happy or sad, dreams and ambitions in life, flaws and the depths of his or her heart and most important is it needs to be RECIPROCATED
I solemnly swear that I'm up to no Good :)

If a girl understands your b******t, stick through your mistakes, smiles even when you've done nothing for her , it's obvious she's a keeper. But it's also obVious that you don't deserve her...

in the book i read, the love language, everyone uses the word love, i love cheeseburger, i love shoes, etc etc

what is real love ba? i think it is over used and overrated.
i don't need education, i need inspiration.

1. Boxing / gym. Check
2. Already lost 5kg. Maintain ang pagpa derma etc. Working on it
3. Can't travel pa atm
4. Been doing this for so long.
5. Hmmm madalang na maka gimik since laging pagod from gym
6. For me ito pinaka mahirap kasi circle of friends ko puro beki and most guys na nakikilala ko puro for fun lang ang trip eh ngayon ang thinking ko hindi ako nag effort sa gym at mag diet para sa ganun lang. Swerte naman nila kung ganun

In my experience, this came when I wasn't looking for it.
But yes, self improvement is key.

i agree sis j.adore... self-improvement...and I also believe that God has a plan for anyone...everyone... noon akala ko yung relationship ko ng 10years real love na... hindi pala.. :( :( :( so i stop believing na may real love talaga....then someone came into my life and prove to me that real love exist.

Pag nangyari yun, ibibigay ni God ang best love story for you :)

Actually ikaw lang din makakasagot nyan kung complete ka na or what eh. Siguro kung ide-devote mo yung life mo kay God and ittrust mo sya, magiging bonus na lang yung real love. :)

paano ba maging complete? paano ba hanapin ang sarili?

i guess this has to do with being happy kahit ikaw lang mag isa. and really get to know yourself, your likes and dislikes. it's a process.

younger guys tend to look for fubu kasi yun ang madali e. love takes so much time and so much work. they feel they are not cut out for all the drama that comes with a serious relationship.

i now feel lucky because i was born in a generation where fubu is not a thing yet. people are much more conservative then. sa mga guys na ka age ko they are seriously looking for a lifetime partner. yung mga matitino ang hinahanap nila pang asawa na talaga.

i think when u have so much chemistry and compatibility, respect, trust and security, that's when u know u found it.

at least the last 3 stuff is what u need in building the foundation of your relationship. whereas chemistry and compatibility kasi cannot be forced e
