Softdrinks distribution business

Hi sisses, baka naman po may idea kayo about this business Pa share naman po. Heto po mga katanungan ko:

1. magkano ang capital para maging dealer or sub dealer?
2. magkano ang profit per case at magkano ang per case?
3. pwede bang mag direkta sa planta? o kailangan talaga truck truck yung kukunin para maging dealer? what if sub dealer lang magkano din ang kitaan per case? saka kung sub dealer, saan kukuha ng mga products? sa dealer ba o kahit direct na din sa planta?
4. Pros and cons din po sana ng business na ito.

Balak ko sana small time lang muna, start sana ako ng RC saka yung mga soda lemon (if familiar po kayo doon) saka yung cobra energy drink pati na din yung redhorse beer. Maliitan lang muna sana. Yung tito kasi ni hubby nagdedeliver ng softdrinks, ewan ko lang kung dealer o sub dealer lang din yung kinukuhanan nya. Heto kasi sinuggest nila sa amin na business saka may 3 malalaking tindahan ng babagsakan saka 1 maliit na tindahan. Sana po may makapag share. Badly need your shared xp and opinions regarding sa business na ito. Thank you in advance and Godbless :)

nw ko lang nakita ko, hope this would help

1. capital po depende sa number of cases na bbilhin nio, medyo malaki kase you need to pay pa for the bottles or cases (di po nagpapahiram and mga companies)
to be a dealer kailangan po direct kayo sa company kkuha, kase if sa mga dealers lang din then sub dealer po and tawag dun
if magstart ka sa RC then medyo ms maliit capital since mas mura siya

2. profit per case usually 9-12 pesos depende sa deals na makkuha mo

3. para maging dealer po sa company ka kkuha, not sure if meron minimum pero kami po or parents ko per truck ang delivery inimum 3 or 4 times a week

4. pros/cons
maganda po ang business na to, dito kami nabuhay and nakapagpatayo ng building and nakapagpaaral sa mga kapatid ko pero kailangan ng sipag and tiyaga and since kailangan lahat bibilangan or iccheck and kailangan marami talaga mabenta para makabawi sa gastos or capital
and need pala malaking space din :)

ito ang business ng parents ko noon nung nag aaral pa kami. e since stable na kaming lahat magkakapatid, chilax mode na lang sila mudrakels. kumbaga, enjoying retirement and living life to the fullest (khit si papi pa lang ang senior)

ang naaalala ko, direct kami sa company. malapit lang kami sa warehouse ng coca cola noon which is in pasong tamo lang. hindi lang kami soda pati beer meron kami.

medyo malaki ang capital neto at kelangan talaga masipag ka gumawa ng inventory

need mo din ng bigger space where you can store the goods.

tama si sis dazzle, para sa starter, medyo mahal talaga kasi need mo bayaran ang mga cases at bottles.

pwede ka din maging sub dealer, kumbaga, kukuha sa dealer for sari sari store consumption.

magkano kaya pwedeng i-capital dito sis? kaoag sub dealer ba magkano nalang mark up mo?

What I know in a softdrinks dealership may it be dealer or sub-dealership is the consideration of location. If in a particular location/areas has an existing dealership then (RC on your part) it is discourage to put up one in order not to compete against each other on the same particular brand . You need to look for a place which has no existing dealership. This is the same and applies with other brands of softdrinks also.

ito yung unang business na triny ko.

I'll just have to list the pros and cons kasi mostly na-answer na din.

Pros:
dito ko naexperience yung first-hand marketing. yung pupunta ka sa mga tindahan to convince them na sainyo na lang kumuha. mabilis din ang pagbenta ng stocks kasi as long as pwede sayo consignment, madaming tindahan ang papatol.

Cons
you really need to invest sa sasakyan and manpower. usually, lalake dapat tauhan mo para taga buhat and dito medyo ako mahina, hindi ako masyado confident to work around men. matrabaho siya sis as in physical work. although mabilis ang pasok ng pera sa consignment, yun din naging problem namin kasi yung ibang tindahan pahirapan singilin. one lesson i learn is kelangan mag deposit sila sa case and sa bote. laging may nawawalang bote specially among schools.
