@msals2007 Paano yun drop off sa 7/11 branches ng JRS? Sila rin ang mag compute kung magkano? Sinong mas okay ang rates JRS or LBC?

Sino ang pinaka recommended ninyong courier na nag pick-up door to door at may same day pick-up and deliver service?

I see Xend pala yun. Didn't know na nag pick-up din pala ang JRS. Meron ba silang palang centralized phone no. na tatawagan mo for pick-up or you need to call the branch nearest you? Thanks.

Minsan siya tatawag sa akin sa umaga to ask if may pick up siya sa akin for the day.

Pa - rant lang mga sis.  :'(

I am using Fastrack kasi as my courier ever since nag start ako ng online shop. And wala talagang mintis yung pag pick up and deliver ng packages nila. And since nag switch ako ng items na binebenta, from clothes to wooden toys, need ko ng courier na mas may malaking packaging, which is Margaux. Though every now and then eh nagpapaship padin ako sa Fastrack if kasya yung items sa packaging nila. Yung una eh satisifed ako sa Margaux, pero 2 days ago, ni ho ni ha, wala man lang nag coconfirm if ma pipick up ba yung items ko or hindi. ang dami nang packages na nakatengga sa bahay. haist! Di man lang sila mag advice kung mag pick up ba. Di rin nasagot sa tawag or what. Kainis lang.  ??? Ang nakakainis pa, nag coconfirm sila na ma pick up yung items for delivery, pero wala naman nadating. Yung una okay naman sila. Sigh.

Tsk.

I've been using Upshift as my courier since January 2015. Okay sila, madaling macontact lahat ng hotlines nila. Lumipat ako from Xend kasi lagi akong nagkakaproblem at wala silang hotline. Kailangan e-mail. Nakakastress.

Sa Upshift, mas mura ang Manila rates P40 lang for small, P60 for large. Provincial P105 yung small. Okay na okay ang service nila for me. Try niyo din sissies! :)

Hi! If you want to know good courier services. I have tried receiving/shipping via Xend, JRS, LBC, LRC. I'm also an online seller however dropshipper pa lang kasi i dont have enough budget to be a firsthand supplier as wholesaler/retailer. Soon rin i plan on expanding my online business as just online business but on a higher level or maybe a modern stall in a mall :)

i noticed sa mga couriers, sa una lang sila talaga mahusay magpick up and magdeliver, on time and courteous pa. but eventually, pag marami na nagpapatronze parang lumalaki na ata ang mga ulo, they tend to change their performance na, siguro dahil sa alam nila na kailangan sila ng dumaraming customers.  sana lang and since nagboboom ang courier business due to increasing number of SMEs who patronizes courier services, eh dapat ilevel up naman nila ang performance nila para naman hindi mamatay ang negosyo ng mga SMEs which, who helps increases our economy.

I give allowance na to my clients. Instead of telling them na 1-2 days delivery, I give buffer so I tell them 1-3 days para sure. Given the traffic, bad weather and unpredictable volume of shipments, minsan meron pang vehicular troubles, mabuti na magbigay ng allowance. The ones I mentioned above are the same reasons Xend tells me why packages get delayed.

I also give clients the option to have items shipped via LBC kung gusto nila mabilis. Once I had to ship an item to Bulacan. It would take Xend 2-3 days since papasa pa nila yan sa LBC. So I asked the buyer nalang if he's willing to pay extra, padala ko nalang via LBC. He agreed. Client got the package in less than 24 hours. Mahirap lang sa LBC, they inspect the contents of the package. On the plus side, they have a lot of branches nearby. You don't need to wait all day kung kelan dadating ang magpipick up. I got a number of receptacle stickers din, para pag dating ko sa LBC branch, ready na yung stickers for the package :)

at first i really got impressed sa service ng Upshift. I really like their COD option pag Metro Manila. Kaso ayun, 3 days na sila di nag pipick. I always call them to sched a pick up, booked online too, tapos I texted then. kahit mag confirm, wal anaman nasipot. haist.

i bought some books from an online seller located in Manila, shipping within Manila also. It was shipped Thursday last week. It was delivered to me yesterday lang, Tuesday. Via Xend. Grabe sa tagal.

@msals2007 are you located in the South by any chance? Been encountering a lot of problems din with Xend lately. According to the rider, they outsourced deliveries to an agency. One package I sent took 1 week kahit within Metro Manila lang.

I also have a missing package. According to Xend's online tracking, received na yung package by the consignee but my buyer has confirmed wala pa siyang natatanggap. I have been calling and emailing Xend (very hard to go through their hotline, parang it took me about an hour of dialing and re-dialing before ako nakapasok) but they keep giving me canned responses. Thinking if I should refund my buyer nalang. Has anyone tried filing for a missing package claim?

Seller is from Paranaque then shipping to my location in Taguig. Yes super tagal.

kung magpapapick up sa fast track, will it show sa waybill yung complete address where the item got picked up? and makikita  nung papadalhan ko ng item yung address ko??

Sobrang nanghihinayang ako sa Xend. Ang ganda ng website, madaling i-integrate yung code nila at meron pa silang 7-11 drop-offs. I was considering it for my business, pero sobrang unreliable na based on recent comments.

I might use Upshift or Fastrack (suggestions?) for my buisness.

I will try upshift nga. Right now super bad trip ako sa fastrack.

Not sure what's happening but yes, the affordable couriers are no longer reliable these days :( Pay for a premium na lang go for LBC or Air21 para sigurado.
