From what ive culled from various local forums and blog sites, typically, the net profit from most franchises ranges from 15-30%. Magandang sales na daw yong 30% net gain. I hope someone from the boards with personal or firsthand experience can affirm or refute the figures. Anyway, I doubt if there is such a franchise outlet with a net yield of as much as 50%. Well, it's viable if it's situated in a very promising location like MRT or LRT, but i heard it is usually the franchisor who owns such highly lucrative outlets.

may friend ako nagpapafranchise.. not sure how much but approximately nsa 1M and as i remember ang cover ng franchise is this..

NO Franchising Fee
Aircon
Computer Package
Tables & Chairs
6 months rent worth 6000 (so if more than 6k atleast malaking less pa din  yun)
the rest products na..

if you're interested just pm me and i will give the contact number of my friend.

BTW if lower amount may offer din siya if hindi kaya ng budget kasi dad ko nakipagclose ng deal dun ng worth 150k lang but in span of 2weeks ROI agad at ubos yung products then nagrepeat purchase ng 83k ganon ulit within 2 weeks naubos ulit but on 3rd medyo tumagal kasi umabot ng 1month but ang reason behind that baranggay election so sobrang busy lahat.. yung repeat purchase nya worth 88k and within almost 6 months ang total repeat sales/purchase nya is P500K.. imagine gaano kabilis madispose yung products although ang father ko may work pa ng 8-5 kaya nakakahon talaga sa office.

hi sis, i recommend buying and reading entrepreneur magazine nagtry lang ako once to buy at back issue pa but I learned a lot and may mga info siya ng mga taong macocontact for franchise inquiries. madaming at varied yung businesses like AMA (na di ko alam na franchise pala), Ministop, 7-eleven, Aquabest, Lotto outlets, siomai/dimsum carts, etc.

Hi Sisses,
Im new here! (:
I work as a sales account manager in ortigas and a franchisee myself.
Newly grad ako and I started zero talaga. I was a working student before and sabi ko sa sarili ko I dont want to be the one to work for money kasi nakakaexhaust. So I decided to put up a business (w/ my cousin). Ok pag franchise kasi may system and all. So lesser ang risk.
One month palang yung foodcart ko almost return of investment na. Thank You Lord. (:

Now, I'm just working to supplement my needs. Mas gusto ko kasi paikutin muna yung money and then open another one. Sobrang thankful ako kasi nahanap ko yung Victory Franchise (kung alam niyo yung Victory chuch, associated sila dun I think)

Ayun. Share lang. (:

@funkyf and prettymish98

yung sakin mister syomai sa TIP cubao. (:

But we have a lot of concepts naman depends on your location. Kasi diba, yun ang first thing to consider since dapat alam mo yung target market mo. Sakin kasi college students tsaka yun yung inandvise sakin nung may-ari ng commercial bldng.

Send ko nalang sa inyo details mga sisses.

hello there! i'm also interested in this pero still need to learn the "how to's" :)
