yung friend ko magaling siya bata palang siya nag start, 1st thing she did was to enroll to a beauty school, now she has 3 branches 2 in greece, 1 in abudhabi, and she is only 27

kung beauty salon sis try mo sa ortigas sa loreal kasi pag nag enroll ka sa kanila makakabili ka sa kanila ng mga products pang rebond pang kulay saka [textspeak!] mga treatments, hair color and cutting course ata sila saka makeup

re salary of technicians, depende sis. merong salary basis, meron din commission basis. in our case, may basic salary (with benefits) plus commission for the regular staff. yun naman mga baguhan, 50-50

re suppliers, meron sa divisoria, at Juan Luna St. near starbucks. i bought our salon equipment there.

re training, TLRC offers a 3-day training on hair cut, coloring, perm, etc. meron din school si Ricky Reyes. plus ang L'oreal, Wella and other suppliers nago-offer din ng training, yun nga lang medyo expensive

pano sisimulan? i'd say lakasan lang ng loob

ako when i started, i had zero knowledge sa lahat-lahat

ni wala akong background on how to run a business. wala din ako alam sa salon... pero with God's grace successful naman

^ depends on the size of the salon... and if high-end or yung pang-"probinsya"

consider salon equipment, furniture and fixture, initial inventory, renovation of commercial space, and rental deposit and advance.
