I would say the 30-Day shred. I actually made a blog entry about my results. It's just 20 minutes but you can really see the results in 30days.

I love Jillian Michaels' workout vids. I used her 30day shred to shed off post pregnancy weight. A month ago, I did her yoga meltdown. Parang yoga but with cardio. Love it! You really see results.But when I have days na medyo feeling lazy, I do 20minute of zumba.
