Kasali ba ang yoga sa exercise routine?  ;D

Ang tamad mo kasi mag exercise pero alam ko naman na kailangan sa buhay lalo na kung sedentary lang.

I'm following 30 days of yoga on youtube (Yoga with Adriene) and I'm on day 27 na. I feel proud sticking to this actually, sa tamad kong ito. Although, very low impact, it's done wonders for my core and my balance & flexibility has improved so much. And I'm getting some motivation to do the more complicated positions so I'm adding a few reps of maybe 5 arm exercises to increase my upper body strength. every other day lang with 1.5pound weights. hahaha

Uy Sis, ayos yang yoga, di lang talaga ako marunong or di ko pa sineseryoso haha, mas comfy ako sa mga cardio and strength plyometrics. Pero mukang ok na ok din talaga yoga and pilates.  :D

Gusto ko din itry ang yoga after manganak. Before ako ma preggy lahat na ata ng workout na high impact na try ko, 2 years din ako nag boxing pero bat ganon parang hindi naman malaki ang ipinayat ko. Naisip ko baka sa yoga maganda ang effect. :)

^minabey, oo naman sis considerable ang Yoga, grabe ang pawis ko when I first tried it (Bikram Yoga) Okay sya! :)
IMO, perfect if you want light workout, or okay din sya pang maintenance once reached na ang goal..


Anyway, my workout routine atm (kakasimula pa lang..)


3mins run;2mins rest (5 reps) HIIT workout Monday - Saturday

1hr CIRCUIT and WEIGHT TRAINING right after myt HIIT (M-W-F)

SUNDAY REST/ CHEAT DAY :D

So far no significant change sa weight, but my clothes keep on getting loose, turns out FAT LOSS ang nawala sakin but I want both soooo currently experimenting/ hit and miss strategy ako ngayon

^ Active ka pa pala dito! Hahaha. What mat do you use for Bikram Yoga? I'm planning to start attending the Bikram Yoga starting November.

Exercise Routine:
Monday - Weightlifting
Tuesday - Tae Bo class
Wednesday - Weightlifting
Thursday - Dancing
Friday - Body Pump class
Saturday - Yoga + Body Combat classes
Sunday - Pilates class + Basketball
* Everyday - 60 burpees, 80 bicycle crunches - 100 pushups

^ Note: I'm a guy. Haha! But then again, it doesn't matter. I have a crush on a body pump instructor who lifts twice the weight as I do. She even does spinning classes too. She's toned and not muscular. Looks very feminine as well.

Most of the exercises I do are cardio workouts and should be done within an hour per session/class. When you exercise, listen to your workout song and stay focused. Don't chat or text when you're in beast mode. Haha

^^hellooooo! =)) i use the one i bought in rockwell. cant remember the brand though sorry. Go try bikram, okay sya talaga! :)

Bet ko yang Pilates mo, i feel so good  and in shape when I was doing that twice a week

i go boxing at least 4x a week. kapag sinisipag, inaabot ng 5-6x. kelangan i-push para sa kasal.  ;D

here's my routine:
- 3 rounds of jump rope (3 mins each, 30 sec rest in between rounds)
- 3-4 rounds of mitts
- 3 rounds speed ball
- 3 rounds hanging ball
- 3 rounds mitts
- circuit training
(i skip the heavy bag muna for now, pero kapag medyo ok na, idadagdag na yung heavy bag sa routine)

need to control my food intake though - ang hirap magdiet kapag majority boys sa workplace.  ;D ;D

i go to Elorde Kapitolyo by the way, under coach silver. grabe pawis ko dun!

i'm 5'6" and i am waaaaaaay beyond my ideal weight. almost 200 ako now ( :'( :'( :'(), target ko kahit mga 160-170 muna. i hit 150 before, nagmukha ako matanda. ang hirap kalabanin ng genetics sis!

I recently went back to Insanity which meant waking up 1hour earlier than the usual. Iba pa din talaga kabilis mag burn ng calories and mag sculpt ng muscles ang Insanity because it's HIIT. Hinde ako masyado pinapawisan and n cha-challenge sa Nike Training Club workouts.

> Monday-Friday: Insanity workout (5-6am)
- light yoga (courtesy of Boho Beautiful in youtube) for around 20-30 minutes after work
> Saturday-Sunday: Gym day
- 10 minutes cardio warm up (elliptical machine)
- 3 sets of:
-- dumbbell arm row on plank (light weights 5lbs)
-- 20 walking planks
-- 20 plank jacks
-- 20 rainbow kicks (each sides)
-- 20 plank push ups
-- 20 squat press (15lbs weights each hand)
-- 20 burpees
-- 30 jumping jacks
- 10 minutes cardio cool down (treadmill)
- cool down stretch
Whatever I want, I get. If I can't, I don't stop TRYING.

I work out 3x a week.
For boxing
-3 rounds of jump rope
-5 rounds of mitts
-5 rounds of speed ball and hanging ball
-2 rounds of punching bag
-3 rounds of abs

If regular gym:
-15 mins jump rope
-30 mins tread mill
-10 mins Tabata work out
-weights for arms
-10 mins ab work out

I need to lose fats sa lower body ko!! Esp the hips!   >:( Im 32-25-38
Goal is 32-24-34

I found a new group called Sun's Out Fitness in BGC. May bootcamp pag Sunday at Track 30 from 4pm-6pm. It was my first time to join last sunday and migosh, for someone na into HIIT, my body was extremely sore for 3 days. Pero ang saya ng group! I suggest you guys check it out. No fees, just good vibes and motivation to push harder 😊

Still the same for me..indoor rowing three days a week, trail running and indoor climbing on the weekends.

3 things I need/try to do weekly.
1. Cardio - dance/Zumba 2-3x a wk
Now I?m also trying running (hopefully I don?t get bored to death)
2. Yoga - for flexibility and strength
3. Toning exercises - for the muscles

But in the last year or so, since my gym closed, hirap ako na motivate. The new gym I went to naman was not as good, Boring mga classes.

so now I end up just signing up sa studios with classes, per class rates. Mas mahal but I?m more motivated.

I like sports (badminton, volleyball or basketball) too pero hirap mag organize kasi either I have people who are real athletes na hirap kalaro or beginners naman who are interested pero di ako papawisan. So I stopped organizing narin.

Currently, I'm doing yoga 5x a week and plana forma 2x a week.  :)
