help buying new pickups

hey, i?ve been playing for around 9 months, i absolutely love guitar, but theres a small issue. im just not getting the type of sound i want from my guitar, i know its the pickups themselves, as it doesnt sound to my liking no matter what i run it through omegle xender . I own an ibanez rg421ahm BMT, with the stock quantum pickups. So i?ve decided to get some new ones, what would you all recommend? Bands I like are anthrax, megadeth, similar thrash metal bands, though i?d like some versatility.
