Single again after being married

hello! new here...
can anyone give advice on how to cope/adjust to being single again after being married for 8 years? i have 2 kids, still living with the husband... we're still in a state of flux, but i basically gave up on the marriage. i don't think i want to be with him anymore, that's why i have this single mindset. and no, i don't have a bf or any date-type relationships. any self-care tips on being a single parent would help thanks!

Just keep yourself busy and focus on promising goals you envision now that you're "single". Have more time with your kids and do not forget to make time also for yourself.
