10-12 min meditation and mantra chant 108x japa mala beads it clears my mind and gives me better perspective on what to do next.

Pray. I go out, meet with a good friend. Or buy myself something new. Get a massage, go to sauna, anything to give love to myself.

I eat chocolates and talk to my hubby about it. Sya kasi very comforting pag nagrarant ako.

Nakakaconsensya din at pag sya naman ang nag oopen sa akin, pinapagalitan ko pa sya at tinuturuan/sinesermonan hahahahaha  ;D

Listen to music, Watch KDrama.. dito lang ako narerelax. Ito lang ang nagagawa ko lately since may lockdown. :)

Most effective thing that I did was to Pray sincerely, take a walk and meditate.

I'm into oiling so I diffuse oil blends that can uplift my mood - peppermint, lemon and lavender. Also, I make oil blends sa roller bottles tapos I apply on my wrist, temple, bottoms of the feet. Nakakatuwa. Nakakatanggal ng stress and negativities.

I dont have many tips but I want to say that one should deal with his stress and depression as earliest as you feel before it goes to higher level where it is difficult to handle it. There is very less trend of life coaching and spiritual coaching instead people prefer psychiatrists more. A psychiatrist deals with your depression and mental disease. However, a life coach helps you to deal with your life problems i.e mental, physical, emotional and social through every stage of your life. If you know that how can you live your life against hurdles and problems you can improve your life quality and leads to prosperity and spirituality.
