Honestly dream ko yung wala na kong iniisip sa buhay at inaatupag kung hindi magdasal at magkawanggawa. Kaso naman di naman puwede dahil ang dami nating iniisip sa buhay di ba? Basta naisip ko ang sarap siguro pag dumating na ko sa point na madami akong time to pray and to do charity work. Naiintindihan ko talaga yung mga nagmamadre, parang naiinggit ako sa kanila kasi parang ang peaceful ng buhay nila.

when God seems distant..

i examine myself kung ano ba nagawa kong kasalanan.
kasi naniniwala ako na yung feeling ko na malayo ako kay God is dahil kasalanan ko, kase ang Diyos naman ay hindi lumalayo sa atin. tayo ang lumalayo sa Kanya dahil sa ating mga sins.
then, i go to confession, i ask God to forgive me for all of my sins and shortcomings. then i try to pray always and do good things kasi nararamdaman kong napapalapit ako sa Kanya sa pamamagitan nun.
saka kapag gulong gulo isip ko, pray lang ako, kase when no one else seems to care, kahit pamilya mo, ang Diyos natin, hinding hindi tayo iiwanan.

i-experience that also…sabi ko,  r u there? bakit ako? Then, [textspeak!] husband ko iniexplain naman sa akin…na dapat wag natin pangunahan ang Panginoon sa plano niya..He’s always in a perfect timing…

         When God SEEMS distant nalulungkot ako pero hindi ako nagwoworry kasi He seems distant lang naman eh. Parang malayo pero hindi. Feeling lang natin na malayo sya sa atin. Eh sabi nga our emotions are not stable kaya we can not rely on our emotions alone. Di ba minsan mali ang pakiramdam natin kaya nga nauso ang maling akala hehe.. Akala natin malayo si God yun pala hindi

when God seems distant? madaming beses kong na feel yan pero i know naman na di nya ako iiwan binigyan lang ako ng time to reflect i know sometimes nakaka depress kasi akala mo all alone ka na pero hindi pala  kasi andyan lang pala syang nakamasid sayo at di ka nya iiwan. basta i always keep my faith no matter what

When God seems distant, I just continue to pray, pray and pray. Actually, He's not distant at all. I consider it as giving me the chance to experience things in life and learn from it. It will make us wiser and stronger person. God is always with us through that stage or journey of life.

when God seems distant does not mean He left us. It may be that we have forgotten Him, but He can never forget us. There are times that it seems there is no God, that even when you are praying hard, praying for others, and diligently going to church, there seems no God. In all times, God is with us. It may be that we are the ones who left Him. So many times i felt that God is so distant because of unanswered prayers, no hope, full of despair and sometimes wonderin' if there is God at all. but when i came to realize, God did not leave at all, it was I who have forgotten about Him.  That is why, it is important to have constant communication with Him, for in Him, we live.

Even Christ Himself when He was at the cross felt neglected by the Father. Remember when Christ said, "My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?" So when we feel God is distant, let's always remember that Christ knows exactly how we feel.

Pero never ko pang naramdaman na iniwan ako ni Lord, o di ako pinakinggan. Madalas feeling ko ako ang nang-iiwan sa Kanya. And pag may gusto naman kasi ako, sinasabi ko specifically. But at the end of every plea, I always tell him "not my will but Thy will be done." I believe that He knows what is best for me and that His thoughts are not my thoughts, His ways are not my ways.

Also I believe that our trials and sufferings can glorify Him when we continue to depend and cling to Him even if we feel he's distant.

ako naman sobrang nagpapasalamat kasi pag nagkakaroon ako ng problema doon ako sobrang napapalapit sa Diyos at iniaasa ko talaga lahat sa kanya. minsan talaga sobra akong nakakalimot kay Lord pero salamat na rin sa mga pagsubok at lagi ko syang kinakausap. mga sis, pag may problem tayo hwag tayong makalimot at totoong di tayo pinapabayaan ni Lord.

in my life, when God seems distant, it's usually after i do something really bad.

libo libo ang mga martyr na tinorture at pinatay, but not once did they lose the spirit of joy in the midst of suffering. i guess it all boils down to how man loses God the same time he loses himself.

I'm feeling this right now, I'm at the crossroad..
Eto pa yung dilemma ko, whenever I see someone on the news na bata o matanda na pinatay o naaksidente, I always ask God 'How can you let that happen? paano na yung batang na-rape, batang pinatay, batang nasagasaan o minaltrato. I mean, while they were being rape or the moment na papatayin na sila, they are crying and pleading to death for help, how come there is no help? Considering hey are still children..'
I read the book of Habbakuk and it's about his hopelessness and plea to God. I understand that God is still in control but I cannot understand if that suffering happened to the innocent children, how can I be sure of the safety of my own child.
Now, it's like we're losing everything. My husband will gonna lose his job, i stopped studying so diko na alam gagawin ko..

^sis God loves us so much that He gave us freedom on how to lead our life. Imagine a controlling parent, it's suffocating.

Also, God is co-existing with the evil one, because of that freedom, other people chose to do what is evil. Imagine a child who has the freedom to go against his parents.

But the day will come wherein God will separate the wheat from the weeds, the sheeps from the goats, the good from evil, final judgment sabi nga.

You said you are at a crossroad right now because of the difficult situation you are in. Don't forget sis that your faith in God is like gold, and that gold has to undergo the test of fire to strengthen it and purify it. What can't kill you, strengthens you.

It's really hard to believe in Him when You can't see Him working. But have faith that He is there, sabi sa  isang song, if you can't see His hands trust His heart. May you continue praying and trusting sis, for sure God will send you some helping hands and will see you through. Hope that you would keep the faith.

sometimes i feel that God is really distant but I know he is just testing my faith, I am only just human i do have limitations and im praying that God give me enough wisdom and courage to face all the hardships and difficulties that comes my way.

God seems distant when I have problems, syempre na eemote ako kaya nagtatanong lagi bakit ako? bakit ganon? Pero pag okey ang lahat, I forget to thank God din naman. Hay! If I'm God, I know I am not worthy of his time because I do not give as much time to acknowledging and giving thanks to him. But he is a good God, kaya sa tuwing madadapa, hihingi at hihingi pa rin ako ng tulong sayo Lord. Kasi wala akong silbi pag wala ka.
