Movies and TV / Re: What are common movie tropes that are false?
« Last post by danilathebeauty on Today at 07:08:27 am »I'll go first. The "popular" kids bullying. The popular kids in highschool usually care about smoking/alcohol, relationships, and partying. They are actually the chill ones in highschool. It is always the peculiar people that say mean stuff. They have such low self esteem that if they make fun of you, they feel better about repeatedly seeing the 1212 angel number . The only times I actually got bullied were by some racist kid and these wanna be cool kids. The upper classman who were supposed to stuff me in a locker became my role models. And as a nerdy ass kid, my best friend was the captain of the football team. These stereotypes completely overshadowed how highschool actually is.
Well, for me, it is the "perfect timing." Typically, the characters in movies always seem to arrive at the exact right moment to save the day or witness important events
