ipon muna bago mag resign :) building your business is a process. You need extra budget for your food, travel and requirements expenses.

hello mga sis, i'm also in dilemma. I have the capital naman for small business lang ha pero don't know where to hire staff na mapagkatiwalaan. Is there a way na magtulong tulong tayo to set up biz that will benefit all of us in this thread?

I want a business that could also help empower women.

Gusto koto... anyone out there could just share and help yung mga gusto magka business na risk free.. Sana meron mga sis..

naiisip ko nga, i am missing the school breaks nong di pa tayo nagtatrabaho, nawawala yong stress factor mag-aral.

Those who are working want to have their own business and be their own boss. Those who have business naman envy those who are working.

I know a family man who had a high paying stable job but got fed up being bossed around. He quit and set up business tapos mas mukha pa siyang stressed ngayon kaysa nung nagwork siya. Yung unang business niya, failed. Meron current na OK , tight lifestyle sila compared when he was still working. It's been several years already but tight pa din sila.

I have friends who set up businesses but they are still working at wala plano umalis. Meron security sa day job pero business, especially startup, zero yan.

I know someone na OK kita but he only resigned when his business became demanding na. Not yaman level but he's able to buy house, car and sustain his family.

If you're just going to start, DO NOT RESIGN. It takes years depending on the type of business bago ito maging successful. Plus pawis at dugo!

In response to the threadstarter, I'd say no, don't resign, YET. If you're salary is the only income you have, then don't do it yet. Then if you tested the waters and tingin mo puwede ka na isustain ng business mo, then gora.

Pero kung hindi mo naman source of income yung salary mo sa day job at stressed ka na talaga, then do it. Tapos tutok sa business. Ako kasi I cannot afford to lose my day job kahit meron akong small business. And currently looking for online part time job. Single parent, you know. kayod kayod.

So I'd say, trial and error din, believe in your gut feeling and  believe in what you can do! Aja girls. Count me in for the business that empowers women. Just dont have any idea at the moment what that can be. :)
keep moving forward

yong friend ko maganda ang kita sa rice retailing business...gusto ko rin mag-start nito and they didn't even start with a big capital.  di ko pa nga lang alam pano ito.  tried to do an online shop pero baka kelangan ko magdagdag ng variety kasi puro sports shoes.  so di nagbubuild yong customer base ko.

I started my small business this year, and i'm still working full time. I don't work the usual 8-5 job, advantage siguro 'to sa business venture ko. Relatively small capital lang, and in a few months may ROI naman. My friend who was in a managerial position na when he started his business, nagresign lang sya nung x4 na ng office salary nya yung income nya sa business, and this happened in less than a year. Nakakainspire lang. So i tried my luck too. My sister also helps me din so important din ang may support system talaga. And i try to surround myself with people who are successful in their business. Syempre, those who have tried and failed and stopped will have a different mindset when it comes to business. Kaya I try to listen only to those who tried and failed and kept on trying until they succeeded.

Before i decided to start, nagbasa ako ng mga financial books. They were very helpful. Everything starts talaga with the mindset. If you're only focus is on the risks, then yun at yun lang ang makikita mo. Sabi nga ni Henry Ford, whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.

If everything goes well, I plan to resign na by early next year. I'm turning 28, engaged, and planning to have a family. So lahat ng sacrifices and risks, yun ang iniisip ko, yung family namin ng future husband ko.
...all adventurous women do.

Emgoldex ba ito sis? Chos! Nakaka-engganyo tong Emgoldex, too bad wala akong kakilala. Haha!

2: sige utang muna, ikaw muna mag-capital, tutal sabi mo kumikita naman, ngayon if kumita talaga then yung kita yung bayad ko sayo..
1: naku wala akong pera

NYAHAHAHAHA! those were not the exact words, dami ko lang kilalang ganyan! lalakas pa mag aya!

hi mga sis! read the thread. just would like to share my situation naman. there is an on going program sa office namin for workforce reduction. malaki yung offer, pwede ng pang-budget for more than a year. i've been wanting to start my online business, actually mag-start na nga ako kahit nagwowork pa. may mga suppliers na rin. nagsesecond thought ako kung mag-apply ako for that program. malaki rin kasi yung makukuha ko at pwede na rin pang-support ng biz. nakakatakot lang yung mga negative thoughts, super risky rin if magreresign ka, lalo na't bread and butter ng family mo yung work mo, this is actually my case. i really would like to focus on the biz, gustong-gusto ko na mga sis and super tamad na tamad na ako mag-work. minomotivate ko na lang sarili ko para mag-work at magawa yung mga deliverables ko for a day. super achievement na yung feeling ko pag may natapos akong deliverable sa isang araw. hehe. nanghihinayang lang ako sa work ko, stable, salary and benefits, especially yung health card. my heart says go for it, pero my mind says, work work work pa rin while doing business. and then maglalaban-laban na sila sa isip ko. haaay... not sure talaga mga sis. help me please!

Hi ladies,

They say starting a business can help you get early retirement faster! If you want to know more about early retirement, read this article: http://www.femalenetwork.com/work-money/early-retirement-even-in-your-30s-a1609-20170702

I have been contemplating this for 4 years already however, something always comes my way.. and eto mag 5 years na ko sa company. So I thought, sayang naman ang retirement bonus so January na lang! (seryoso na to).

I am an entrepeneur by heart but I pursued a career in corporate specifically Sales. I still want to pursue entrepeneurship because I saw how my father built something out of nothing. I witnessed first hand that passion, perseverance and a right mind set will take you places. Same goes in Sales also, as long as you plant your seeds, you will reap the benefits later on.

According to the audiobook I watched by Dan Lok, surround yourself with high achievers so that you will become one too. Fake it till you make it. Invest in yourself because you are your product.

To those asking what business to start, never ever start a business that it is not related or parallel to your industry. You do not need to look far. Start with your own skills. Actually, one thing I learned.. you do not even need a big capital to begin with. If you have skills like hosting, event organizing, singing, coaching etc.. you can start right away with family and friends.

You are your own business. Start by selling yourself first before you sell to others.

Trying to create a new business is a great idea, especially in 2021, when all opportunities are open to everyone, and there are many valuable tools for this. Business is a precarious business, so it's imperative to react to some of the problems and issues that arise.
I think experience or basic knowledge of doing business and analyzing the market for your product plays a significant role here.
If it doesn't work out, I would advise you to look at articles about business tools that help you solve such problems very quickly and without significant losses for your company, or reach out to insolvency practitioners.
Even during the coronavirus, such specialists were able to restore a lot of business projects.

Successful work on Amazon is hard work. My brother spends hours a day researching new products, talking to suppliers, buying goods, and testing goods. This is a long and routine process. On this site , I became aware that, unfortunately, there is no unique tool in your Amazon profile for calculating organic sales, advertising sales, and ACoS. To start sales, I immediately decided to implement such a system for myself.
