Food for losing weight!

I currently weigh 190 and trying to lose weight. I started eating less and monitoring my food intake. I use the app MyFitnessPal and my goal is to eat no more than 1,550 calories a day. I'm filipino so most food we eat are homemade, but it's full of calories. I can cook my own food with my own money and I know eating healthy can be expensive, so I'm asking help in this sub. I've worked out before, but controlling my diet is the hardest. Feel free to give me some advice. Thanks! (The image states how much fat, carbs and protein i need a day)
