If something is painful or you're not feeling well, go and pacheckup agad sa doctor. Hindi porke't kaya mo ang sakit eh titiisin mo. And no no sa self medication.

Health should be one of the top priorities.

Sometimes, the people you truly care for hurt you. They hide things from you without even realizing that you can find ways to unveil the truth. The worst part is, they don't give a sh!t.
