I tried looking for a thread like this but I cannot seem to find any so I created one.
My sister is planning to give our parents something to get busy with at the same time earning. Any good ideas? Yung hindi sila mapapagod ng sobra sobra. :) Replies and suggestions  are highly appreciated .Thank you!

Airbnb.  My mom who's 73 yo is enjoying her airbnb business.  My niece manages the inquiries on the airbnb website.  But maintenance of the house is done by my mom.  My mom is very domesticated so bonus na din that she's earning from this.

For me pinaka ok kung mag franchise kayo. That way hindi sila mahihirapan dahil may system na yung business. Ang dami kasi start up na nalulugi not to mention it takes a lot of time and energy to get a business running smoothly at walang earnings for the first 2 years kasi ibabalik mo lahat sa business habang nagpapakilala ka pa.

Ano ba skills ng parents mo and hilig nila, what are they good at na pwede nila pagka kitaan? Maybe you should start from there kung ayaw niyo mag franchise.

Lastly dapat magaling din sila humawak ng pera para hindi pati puhunan magamit. Ganun kasi friend ko binigyan niya business parents niya kaso pati puhunan ginagastos kaya nalugi. So now may monthly allowance na lang yung parents minsan nag a-advance pa pag kinakapos.

Laundry shop. They will just have to manage it. Very easy espacially if you get of those counter machines where they virtually do the inventory of sales for you.

We have clients who are seniors/retired who invested in our gas station co-ownership program.

Less stress and hassle on their part since they will just wait for their money to earn passive income from the profits of the gas station, cafe, food and beverage included in the co-ownership program.

Someone will be managing the gas station and them being a co-owner will allow them to earn profits depending on the shares they bought.
