Thank you mga sisses. Bibili na kami ng diffuser gumagamit kami ng baking soda pero not enough ilang days before mawala un amoy. Anyway thank you sa advice kung anong oil ang gagamitin. Baka maglagay din kami ng diffuser sa room lavender oil ang gagamitin namin para mas masarap ang tulog ni baby. Magconsult muna kami sa pedia nya if ok ang EO sa baby/kid.

Hi everyone, I have tried Young Living essential oils referred to me by my friend and sobrang okay talaga. It's 100% pure and therapeutic grade. When I had a headache timing kakadating [textspeak!] nung starter kit ko, tinry ko mg.diffuse and after a while nawala [textspeak!] headache ko. Promise! I don't know if it's just on my mind or what pero promise I didn't took a med.. un lang talaga ngdiffuse ako ng EO oils. Kaya para sakin super effective talaga sya. I get my oils from Plant Therapy. Kakaaddict mag hoard! I have a lot of blends already. I diffuse mostly to combat colds and cough, boost immunity, and help us sleep better.

Favorite ng anak ko lavender and roman chamomile combi. Tulog kagad and mas mahimbing tulog nya.

I also use lavender and tea tree as roll on when we have insect bites. Mabilis mawala and di masyado nagiiwan ng dark spots.

Sis, are you based in the Philippines? If yes, safe ba pa ship ng Plant Therapy directly dito? I'm ready to buy but nase-stress ako sa idea na baka mas mahal pa yung taxes/fees na bayaran ko kesa sa actual oils lol. They're using USPS lang eh, no option for DHL/FedEx, etc.

I like ylang-ylang and lavander meron din kami citrus, peppermint pero mas bet ko talaga un ylang and lavander.

Di ko masyado gusto lavander eh yun pa naman lagi kasama sa basic set

Peppermint love na love ko

Sa pampabango ng bahay, subukan ko bukas yung simmer freshener pwede EO lang pwede icombine sa ibang fruit peels/spices.
Yung ibang reco:
- EO sa plug-in air freshener device
- water and EO sa oil burner
- water and EO sa reed diffuser

Nung nagcheck ako, halos 2k ang shipping fee at meron FedEx.
Tanong mo na lang kung door to door na walang additional fees kasi nung nagorder ako dati galing U.S, ang mahal ng dinagdag na charges ni Fedex (mas mahal pa dun sa binili ko).

Plano ko bibili na lang kay wellnessmomph sa monthly preorder batch niya mas mura kesa ako mismo bibili.

I have been obsessed with my diffuser ever since I got it. My oils are mostly from MUJI, except for my lemongrass one which I got from Phutawan (Thai brand)

I hope MUJI sells the large diffuser also. Kaya lang the bigger the diffuser, the more drops of oil needed. Medyo magastos din since I use it everyday. The MUJI SA mentioned that they will be selling a travel diffuser soon. I will definitely purchase this one so I can take it with me to the office.

nakabili na ako ng YL EOs, almost 3weeks ko ng ginagamit.
At ilang gabi na ding dire-diretso ang tulog ko dahil sa lavender at cedarwood.
Pag umaga naman, peppermint at lemon, pampagising. Hanap pa ako ng ibang blends para naman sa paghihilik ni hubs.

Any recommendation for a quality diffuser? I bought an unbranded one years ago pero ang bilis din nasira eh di ko na napalitan. Kaasar. What i have lang is a burner kaso it uses hallogen bulb to warm the oils eh malakas naman sa kuryente.

I have an unbranded humidifier/diffuser which I got from Lazada. Happy ako so far kasi ang lakas ng buga nya hehe. I have tangerine and citronella EOs from Aura Cacia. Hindi ko type masyado yung tangerine. I'm eyeing lavender and peppermint on my next purchase.

How long do you diffuse EOs? May nabasa ako dapat daw 30 minutes lang?

^Maikli yata ang 30 minutes. Kasi yung 100ml na diffuser ko can last from 10pm hanggang umaga. Basta lang daw hindi 24 hours, otherwise you don't get the full benefits of the oil. Kumbaga immune na yung system mo because of too much exposure.

I have been using EO, well actually frankincense Lang before, since 2015. Pero last year became more interested because I was pregnant and I don't want to expose myself to harmful chemicals. We had an ant problem and I don't want to use pesticides. From there derederetso na.

I use petal diffuser from doterra. I used the one from Mia Maison before pero nung nagka promo yung petal diffuser I took advantage and bought na.

I love my eos but as much as I want to use it daily and all the time, it's really not advisable.

When diffusing try not to diffuse continuously for more than 5 days. Take a break and switch up your oils

Also, most of the time, less is more than enough to get full therapeutic value of the eos.

Just an observation regarding diffuser,with my old one, hindi masyadong maamoy yung EO, but with the doterra petal diffuser 1 to 2 drops significant na yung smell.

I just heard about the benefits of essential oils from my officemates. Kakahiya. Tapos nag-research ako and learned that lavender is clinically proven to improve sleep.

Dahil dito, i want to buy a large diffuser, good for 10hrs sana. I want a GOOD QUALITY diffuser.

Sa mga sis who mentioned MUJI diffuser, how long does it last? Abot ba 10hrs?

^3 hours lang max setting ng Muji diffuser. You can restart it after it turns off.
