Tips in talking to top management
« on: March 30, 2016, 06:32:39 am »
Wala pa akong nakitang ganitong topic. I was trying to find tips myself. Eto pa lang ang nakukuha ko sa internet so far:

Answer the question directly as they have asked it. Do not try to add "fillers" to complicate things and introduce assumptions.

Post away dito sa thread mga sis!

Just be honest and polite. In a good company, the top management is always willing to listen and would appreciate honest feedback. It's hard if we ask questions or comments and we get "nothing" as the response.

Wala bang ethics line sa inyo?

Or avenue like send an email directed to the CEOs...

Pag ganyan kase puedeng ipadaan sa line manager and concerns. Kung di ka comfortable sa employee relations. Pag hindi pa rin sa boss na through email..hingi ka ng appointment.

Hi sis,

> have an agenda
> come prepared
> be objective
> always positive scripting

There is this courtesy of not bypassing the boss - so we call it proper channeling. Go by the org chart. or reach out to HR or employee engagement, usually they are the best persons to consult to. unless politics you know brasuhan ka close ni ganito si ganyan and di maiwasan the chismis.

Pero just be professional all the time.
You can schedule or send calendar invite
or write an intent letter with a time and date that they can agree on,
Nothing can come into your experience unless you summon it through persistent thoughts.

For real, it is difficult enough to become a top manager in a good company. You must possess many knowledge and skills such as AAMS designation, personnel management, psychology and etc. In addition, there are now a large number of applicants for such job places. Young people strive for leading positions, and the competition is very high. Indeed you will be told to take some training to improve your qualifications. Therefore, while you are looking for work, you can not waste time and engage in self-development.
