Hello sissies! Im not sure kung meron ng thread for this, i tried to search pero wala naman akong nakita. Anyone here have been suffering from asthma and how do you control it? Ive been having this since I was a kid, Im now 29 and I still cant find the trigger. Ive been using seretide in high doses daily but still getting frequent attacks. I used to have 1 attack per year, but now its becoming more frequent. Im not sure why, to think that we live in Singapore (mas malinis ang hangin) but still getting attacks and cannot find good doctors. Please help mga sis, how did u detect your triggers and how do u control it? Im so desperate, its affecting my daily activities especially work.. :(

I think its better if you will consult an allergologist. They can check kung ano yung nakakapag-trigger ng asthma mo. My doctor suggested this to me before but since hindi naman ganun ka frequent at kalala yung attacks ko, di na ko tumuloy. I always keep a salbutamol nebule para anytime I'm wheezing nagnebulize na ko para di na magescalate into attacks

Common allergens are dust/dust mites, carpeted areas, usok (esp from wood), amoy kulob, change of weather, sobrang tawa, sobrang pagod, certain chocolates, syempre seafoods (specifically crab, shrimp, alamang), some fruits like oranges and mangoes..

God help you if you are an ugly girl but too pretty is also your doom, 'cause everyone harbors a secret hatred for the prettiest girl in the room ~32 flavors

I've also had asthma since I was small. Although sinusumpong lang ako if may sudden change of weather or I get exposed to dust/allergens.

Just got discharged from a 3 day confinement. 3 weeks na kasi ako inaasthma, nag progress na pala to pneumonia.

This has been my biggest health scare. I'm just wondering if safe mag signup for exercise when I get better.
