Hi ladies,

Women all over the world are using the hashtag #MeToo to raise awareness on the magnitude of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment in the workplace.

What do you think hinders women from coming forward and what can we do about it?

You can read more about the campaign here: http://edition.cnn.com/2017/10/15/entertainment/me-too-twitter-alyssa-milano/index.html

I have never been really sexually harassed, at least not that magnitude. Nakaranas ako being flashed, minanyak ng katabi sa sasakyan. It's still is a shocking experience and as much as you want to say something about it right there, you're just stunned and you just want to forget that it happened. It's scary, it's shocking...you can't exactly explain how you feel while it is happening. I mean, that's with strangers so what more if it's someone with power and authority?
