Since I love really nice houses, I want to be involved in build and sell. I heard also from a couple of friends that profit here is really big. yun lang, sometimes, it takes time to sell a house. and sometimes, may mga deals na di rin natutuloy...

How about you, sisses? If budget is not an issue, what business would you want to get yourself into?

For small-type business. Coffee shop with a library of books where patrons can borrow them while sipping their coffee.

For medium-type. Apartment or House for rent.

For something that requires millions of capital. a franchise of a popular fastfood chain.

Dream business ko din ang real estate. Hindi yung ako magbebenta ha. Yung ako may-ari.

Oh and if home for the aged chaka animal foundation is considered a business, kasama yun.
