Oh dear, as far as I know the one I went to is the Main NBI...  malapit sa Times Plaza building . Sorry, really bad with giving directions mga sis.

@Cluizel, i think you have to book during office hours.

For those who are gonna get their e-clearance, pashare naman how is the crowd na. My sister needs to get an NBI din eh. Thanks!

yep yung along taft still NBI office pero yung kuhanan ng nbi clearance is along UN ave beside WHO bldg, before philam bdlg at tapat ng manila doctors hosp.. its has a big gate at madami tao sa labas... hehe dun muna kasi ako nagpunta sa taft office tapos walk back to UN ave kasi bago pala office yun.

huwag kayo malito sis between UN avenue and Taft avenue mahaba kasi ang Taft Avenue mula arnaiz called the old pasay to UN.

^agree... just like EDSA, Taft Avenue is a very very long street --  a major thoroughfare coz it covers Manila & Pasay

Taft Avenue is from EDSA/MRT South up until Finance Road.

i ride lrt hindi pa ako sanay sa mrt.. di ba sakop pa din ang university belt ng taft avenue? ang end is central post office? tapos rizal avenue ang sunod sa taft avenue? sorry off topic.

I am doing the online application now. But I think I did something wrong. =/

dalawa kasi kami ni hubby na kukuha ng nbi clearance, so I paid for 2 (separate transactions) thru gcash.

Then I applied dun sa form online sa website, then I added a reference number dun sa gcash payment ko for hubby supposedly. mali yata! Dapat yata nagsubmit ako ng another form with a different email address?? noh?

Pero sa pag text ko ng BOOK... diba may name dun, I put his name na...twice ako nagtext din ng book, one name ko, and the other one name ni hubby.

Pero yun nga, the application is submitted using my registered email add.. I hope hindi magkaproblema.

shucks..mali nga yung ginawa ko, bali 2 nbi clearance yung na-apply ko for me, hayy.. will just gcash another payment for hubby's application.

There was a page somewhere sa NBI website on what to do if mali ang payment, but they are gonna charge you 100 pesos ata... basta may fee. Naku sis, kuha ka nalang ng 2 NBI. Hassle pa if habulin mo yan.

But i texted the helpdesk, and they reply ha! sabi nga mali daw ako. Hehe. Di na ko nagbakasakali sa refund. Taglish reply nila, english pero nag-p-po "yes po"

^once you get to the room where they will take your pic for the clearance, you'll see some people sa may bandang likod na nakaharap sa computer at parang nagcha-chat. Sila daw yung sumasagot sa Helpdesk said the girl who was assisting me there.

i also had same dilemma kasi 135 naka credit sa gcash hindi rin tanggapin.. i emailed helpdesk and explained my dilemma...and sumasagot naman and sila na nag gawa ng account ko..and they emailed me the details..so naka log na ako and filled in the information needed...


as for the P20 sa receipt sa nbi when i got my clearance ang nakalagay forfeited!!!... naku ilang 20pesos na kaya na forfeit nila??? sayang din yun hehe

Question po. Bakit pag nag register ako sa site na https://nbi-online.com/login, lage may error na A connection to the server cannot be established(002)? Sa Globe payment center ako nagbayad.

midnight, big thanks for sharing that.. grabe, I went to 3 centers kasama na sa Taft kahapon at umuwi akong luhaan kasi ubos na daw forms eh to think 8am pa lang nun.

Step 4: Booking the appointment. According to the website, once you sms the Reference Number, you have to include your mobile number or date and time (pag sa globe center nagbayad) DO NOT do this because magrereply sila na "your code is invalid"
 

Hi ulit sis! I-clear ko lang yung statement mo na to.. anong DO NOT do this dun? Sa Globe Center kasi ako magbabayad since wala din akong G-Cash. So, ibig ba sabihin nun hindi ko na kailangan mag-sms?

sis you will still need to SMS. Pero kasi if you follow what the website says to the letter, itetext mo din yung Date and Time kung kelan ka nagbayad (along with the reference number) Their system will NOT recognize your sms and will say "code is invalid" So dapat Reference No. lang talaga.

PS, office hours ka lang magtext sis ha. So next monday nalang.

Hello ulit! Finally, nakapagpa-book na din!

Just wanna share my experience with the NBI Online Application (Registration-Booking).

1. Paid thru Gcash Php115 (amount depends on your purpose for app)
2. Do not register yet after payment. You have to wait for NBI's confirmation sent thru their number (different from 2882's confirmation). Nag-register kasi ako after payment, ayaw magsubmit. Excited kasi! 
3. After receiving the confirmation, you can now proceed with the registration thru their website.
4. After getting the QR code (barcode, print-out), I texted the booking number for appointment. Nung una, Saturday appointment, NO BOOKING ON WEEKENDS pala. So nagpabook ako ulit for Monday 4pm. Note: Monday-Friday 8-4pm 'yung schedule nila.
5. Twice ko nasend so twice din ako naka-receive ng confirmation. Hehe. Nakaindicate dun 'yung confirmation/reference number for the appoinment, name, date and time of appointment.

Let's see what'll happen on Monday. I hope maayos pagdating ko dun Pero thankful na din ako for this online registration at least "express" na 'yung process ko.
