I have a severe back and shoulder pain..
Siguro dala na rin ng wrong posture ko pagnagwowork ako sa office.
If I undergo acupuncture procedure, malelessen kaya nito ang pain?

I did my acupunture last week for 2nd session , having difficult to sleep.
Umiinom na nga ako ng supplement to improve my sleeping habit pero ganun pa rin.
so naisip ko magpa-acupunture, my 3rd session is this coming sat again.

May napapansin naman akong improvement
hope magtuloy-tuloy na.
My doctor is Tuinalogist.

I have hives on my body for four months na. Lahat na ng check-ups pati blood test ginawa ko na umiwas na din ako sa malalansang food. Right now I'm drinking cetirizine everyday otherwise buong araw at gabi akong mangagati.

I've started magpaacupuncture pero 2nd session ko pa lang. Usually ba how many sessions bago makita kung effective? Is it really true na depende din sa place kung san nagpapaacupuncture kung effective or not? TIA!

but my doctor say's my session should be 4 to 5 session.
so I intended to do my last session again by next week.

But usually depends kung anong treatment yun pinapagawa mo.

Hi sisters!

I am a call center agent, working like 9 hours everyday, honestly sobrang stressful sa work plus I having severe back and shoulder pain, so I decided to try acupuncture at InBody Alternative Medicine Clinic  located sa Mother Ignacia Quezon City.

The acupuncture was not painful for me, nakatulog pa nga ako habang nakatusok yung mga needles sa back ko, very relaxing..  I will be having my 4th session next week, and I can say na effective talaga..

I paid only 500 pesos that is their promo, for acupuncture plus cupping kasama na rin yung Doctor's consultation, i think around 20 needles ginamit sakin, good thing they don't charge the needles, I had needles on my shoulder, back and stomach. Actually I was confused why he put needles on my stomach, so I asked why? Sabi ng doctor not necessarily kung saan yung may pain doon lang tinutusok ang mga needles, kasi what is inside our body is all connected and it depends din daw sa condition ng pain..

I tried acupuncture today with Dr. Philip Tan-Gatue. Ang complaints ko ay back and shoulder pains from carrying too much. Tinusukan niya muna ako sa arms and legs for warmup then binalikan niya after 20-30 mins then tsaka niya ko tinusukan sa likuran and shoulders. Mga 1 hour ako andun, nakatulog ako haha I have my next session again.

Iba yung feeling niya! Sobrang sarap at gumaan pakiramdam ko kaagad. Sa next session iche-check ng doctor kung lumabot na ba yung likuran ko.

Sis si sister regina sa may panay magaling! I went to her mga 3 mos. lang kasi medyo pricey na e pero galing nya. Dami din nya patients. I moved to dra edessa chan sa may san juan kasi may package doon e plus may facial acupuncture for anti aging din hihi so sinama ko na sa package.

I want to try acu for back and shoulder pain, matigas na daw kasi yung sa left shoulder ko ang usuall comment ng mga nagmamassage sa akin. The first time i tried accu was for my hyperhydrosis sobra kasi akong magpawis once ko lang ginawa at di na ako bumalik gusto ko sana sa ibang acupuncturist naman here sa south sana.

I recently tried this for the first time and I was kinda hesitant pa at first if it's effective. Problem ko dizziness, mild gastritis and back pains. Surprisingly, after one session, may improvement talaga! Naiisip ko na bumalik for another session Sa may Makati yung clinic, pero parang malaking townhouse lang yung place nya. Always daw fully booked dun eh. Nasama lang ako ng friend ko.
