recently lang din kakabili lang namin ng stationary bike... I dont have the luxury of time so I cant do cardio any longer than 20 minutes... so nag HIITS lang ako palagi for around 15 minutes everyday. Ok naman yung bike kasi sulit na sulit

@majika7777 san nakakabili ng twister? Meron pa bang timeworks fx?

Interested din ako sa airclimber may US and Korean version din but I'm not sure if mas okay yung original air climber na as seen on tv. How about the AB Rocket, where can we get this?

sa bahay, meron kami stationary bike (i'm glad we have this. sulit. very convenient..cardio while watching tv! ;D) and resistance band. i use this instead of weights.

alternate ko lang yung stationary bike and jogging outdoors if hindi umuulan or meron extra time.

i also have pilates videos.. but i use them very rarely. tinatamad ako dito.

At home, we have treadmill and ab king pro. Dumbells too. Pag walang time to go to gym. I'd rather do some exercise at home using these few equipments.

For home use, I have jump rope, resistance band, yoga mat and 2-lbs dumbells. Cheap and minus the bulk of other exercise machines.

I usually use jump ropes or trampolines because it's great for burning calories.
