^that's a nice idea nga.

true sis. mas gusto ng taga dpwh makuha ang cut nila kaagad sa contractor without analyzing the effect kung seawall lang ang irerepair. they should have known all along that the 2 breakwaters should have been rehabilitated to prevent rogue waves from going over the seawall sa baywalk. they're engineers - structural pa naman ang iba dyan for pete's sake! kaya nga tinatawag na 'break water' e. baka gusto pa nila iphotoshop pictures nila sa breakwater!

Proper garbage disposal, exceptional urban planning, learn the art of recycling to reduce waste....and if advised to evacuate , to please do so early so that we won't risk the lives of the rescuers  in rescuing those matting as an ulo na mga tao

That happened during Pepeng. Pre-emptive water release is also not good.

I'll stock coffee, rice, canned goods and instant noodles,  during floods.

The most imporant thing to stock up on is potable water. It's a horror to see on the news people using floodwater for cooking and washing dishes.  :o

If you're planning to stock up on canned goods, don't forget the can opener. And if you got electronics like transistors and flashlights, don't forget the batteries.  ;)

and may I remind this to all, na hindi alternativa ang paper bag for grocery or shopping, makakalbo lang lalo ang mga forest natin.. lalong babahain tayo. use eco friendly bag NOT PLASTIC AND NOT PAPER BAG
