Hi! we will be in manila sundance bazaar next week (Nov 13-15) at Metrotent. it will be our first time to join actually for manila sundance. last year trendsetter naman kame. It's pretty good actually. Hoping this year mas ok.

Mahal talaga ang rental sa Malls, so always remember to have a good business plan and feasibility study especially for starters.

Which mall accommodates start ups? Parang 50th Avenue in Robinsons Galleria cut down its space when I visited last week!

Hay nahihirapan ako magdecide. Need to close the deal na next wk sa isang mall pero 80k a month pumapatak un total rent per month. Deposit mga 465k na nakatenga. Construction another half milyon. Di pa counted mga stocks na ilalabas diyan.

Naku sis di ako umaabot ng caloocan... no idea sa mga malls diyan. Currently dalawa pwesto ko sa Alabang and itong sa strmall lp naman ang location.

In Robinsons lipa kiosk 4sqm is 22k plus other fees. I closed my kiosk last dec 30, 2015. Now, June 2016 Di ko pa makuha Ang deposit ko! Grrr

if im not mistaken nasa 34k siya sis though im not sure if may mga dagdag pa na charges.

Ako naman i have a wall module inside pop culture trinoma which im planning to rent out kasi di na naasikaso ok din mag pwesto sa mall lalo na if high foot traffic

I had space at Puregold Taytay in 2015. Rent was at 12k yata. PG Cainta was at 10k that time. Alam ko may annual increase sya na at least 10%
