Kasi laki ng rental rate sa sm, robinsons, ayala mall etc. Plan kasi naming mag franchise either shanghai siomai or fruitas ice candy. Profitable ba talaga mag space sa mall? Naku sis nakakahiya nga sa admin pero nagbackout ako diyan. Un stall katabi ng malabon at travel agency ang dapat sa akin pero ilan beses ako nagpupunta wala talagang foot traffic kaya naisip ko na wag na ituloy. Pati cinemas nila sa 3rd flr kasi do na raw itutuloy. 3 years pa ang contract.

12k+ yung basic plus may add ons. Min 1yr contract

those who were able to ask directly sa mall, how much normally per sqm? i inquired sa isang di naman kilalang mall pero malapit sa isang sikat na university and nagulat ako dahil they quoted me a whopping 5k/sqm!

Hi mga sis. Kumuha ako pwesto sa market market fashion bazaar.. Opening this september. 6 months contract siya. Mahal ang rent ko sa booth dahil organizer kausap ko so may patong siya dito for sure. Hingi lang ako feedback if malakas naman ang market market bazaar if may mga kakilala kayo na nagpwesto dito. Pinagaralan ko yung lugar matao naman siya and ako personally namimili sa bazaar ng market market. Gusto ko lang makarinig ng feedbacks. Christmas season naman so ineexpect ko na mabenta na by this coming  months kasi BER month na.

Mga sis magkano usually ang rent kapag bazaar event lang? Kunwari from Friday to Sunday lang. Like sa Metrotent or World Trade Center? Lalo na ngayong BER months? TIA

^Manila sundance starts at 13k for non-food booth to 17k sa corner booth. For Trendsetter naman ng WTC wala ng upcoming. Puro Metrotent ndn Nov 27-28 14.5k to 15.5k and Dec 11-13 - 12.5k to 15.5k
