share ko lang mga sisses. dati kasi problem ko rin pagtulog since hindi talaga masanay katawan ko sa graveyard shift so laging 4 hours lang tulog ko minsan less pa kasi talagang mahirap matulog sa umaga. Pero mula nung naggluta ako ang bilis ko ng makatulog. Tapos straight at hindi putol-putol. Lagi kong nakukumpleto yung 8 hours a day minsan umaabot pa ng 10 hours.

Hindi ko alam kung ano meron dun sa gluta na tine-take ko pero effective siya para sakin. Nagtry ako ng sleepasil dati hindi siya effective eh. Makatulog man ako agad, agad din ako nagigising.

Share lang po... :)

Im taking iterax for two days na. Medyo naaaga naman tulog ko because of it, at yung tulog ko malalim. Yun nga lang pag gising ko groggy feeling. Sinasanay ko lang ulit body ko na matulog ng maaga then kapag sanay na, stop na ko magtake nito.

yup iterax works talaga, nakakaantok...pinescribe yun sakin dati yung makati rashes ko..

Try Melatonin po. This really works. you cna easily buy this sa counter without any prescriptions herbal medicine kasi to.

I have migraine kasi and most of the time i can't sleep for days/ nights. Hubby introduced me to melatonin, it worked on me. Sarap ng tulog ko.

try calcium-magnesium supplement. i take chelated calcium-magnesium   from Healthy Options. Nakakapampatulog nga. :)

I tried sleepasil, but no effect sakin. I even took 3 caps last night pero di ako inantok. Balik iterax ako, mas effective at mas masarap tulog ko dito.

sino na naka-try ng melatonin from healthy options?  effective ba?

I've been using sleepasil kaso parang d maganda feeling ko paggising.  Parang mabigat yung ulo tapos minsan parang may subliminal headache pa.  Di ko alam kung kulang pa ba tulog ko kaya ko na-feel mga yon.   :-\

curandera, i tried melatonin (1mg) from healthy options for 1 week lang. Maganda naman yung tulog ko. :)

^sabi ng doktor ko mas maigi sleeping tea daw kaysa kung [textspeak!]-anong pampatulog  ang iinumin.. kaya lang ang sama ng lasa nung tea na nirecommend niya kaya I quit drinking it. Ngayon Melatonin na lang ang iniinom ko, medyo ok naman ang resulta.

i take anti hestamines, either loratadine or ceterezine.. i always keep one handy since i take these primarily for skin allergies. pero pag super hirap matulog, i take it na rin..  :P

i remember when we were still reviewing for the board exam, me and my cousin took glutaphos kasi sabi para sa memory daw.. di ko napansin talaga effect sakin pero sa pinsan ko is lagi syang inaantok kaya tinigil niya

Kirkland sleep aid works well for me, kalahating tablet lang knock out na. No hangovers pa. I noticed that warm showers at night makes me feel sleepy and relaxed so that might help
