I diffuse Lavender, Frankincense and Copaiba for a deep good night sleep. Very effective sa akin ang essential oils. Lalo midshift ako working from home. Dati I have a hard time sleeping, nasanay na late natutulog pero since I started diffusing eos, maayos na tulog ko :)

Hopefully the suggestions here will help me too. Grabe talaga ang ecq effect. I thought ako lang ang ganito, anxiety and not being able to sleep. Ang dami pala tlaga. Mga sis, let?s pray we can sleep well soon.

Dapat pala dito ako nagtambay nun mga time na inaatake ako ng extreme covid anxiety hehe. Hay nako.. yung tipong i rushed to ER the first time i had anxiety attack, nagpalpitate for more than 12hours..sobrang sakit ng dibdib ko heheh..tapos sabi sakin ng resident doc "anxiety at caffeine lang yan, drink lots of water to flush out the caffeine then take a rest, kalma lang po tayo"
At hindi lang dun nagtapos ang anxiety attacks ko. Everytime na lumalabas ako, pagkauwi inaatake ako hehe. Kaya every 2weeks ang labas ko. The nun magkaECQ at brgy coding medyo naka-adjust na ako dahil konti na lang ang lumalabas at nakakasabay sa pamilihan..
Para mabawasan ang anxiety ko, there are 2 things that I assured myself : 1.) I will survive covid if ever i got infected ( i did this by taking vitamins and supplements, proper diet and exercise, etc) and 2.) I made sure we have money for hospital bills if ever i got infected, i want to make sure to get the best hospital service because as per my observation, yung mga nakakarecover ay galing sa mga hospital na may magandang facilities at very good services, so money is a must talaga if you want to survive..

And of course, prevention and self-quarantine is a must kung sa tingin ko hindi ako masyadong safe sa last na labas ko.. like now, i isolated myself for 1week to observe if i will develop symptoms..so far no symptoms naman..ang kagandahan lang now, lahat talaga nakamask na..then wag tayo mahihiya sabihan yun mga nasa paligid natin breaching the 1meter radius.. sabihan mo ng "bro, 1meter po ang required distance baka pedeng lumayo layo ka ng konti sakin...
Meron kasi talaga na walang pakundangan na lapit nang lapit kahit layo ka ng layo..

Ganun talaga mga praning, dapat maingat tayo, ok lang kung tayo lang mainfect eh baka mahawaan pati ang mga bata eh.. 🤭

Has anyone tried ASMR? Am afraid to take in pills/medicines kasi baka maging dependent ako so I look for ways to improve my sleep naturally. I play ASMR videos (favorite ko is yung parang scratches sa board) through my speaker when I go to bed and nakakarelax siya.
