guys please help.
cant sleep at night for the last 3 days.
something happen bad to me.
i discover something.
imagine crying every night and no sleep at all.
please help what medicines if pwede herbal
pwede ko take simula ngaun.
kahit 1 month ko lang iinumin.
hope maka move on ako. buti na lang me girltalk.

hi sis.

i'm so sorry to hear that you can't sleep at all. i also have the same problem. before you resort to medication, you might want to try valerian tea(or valerian root, if you can find some--i rarely do). it works for me. try drinking some hot tea with milk about an hour before bed. you can also try melatonin. i get mine from Health Express. it's around 260 bucks for 60 pieces. hope this helps and you get some sleep soon.

hi. naging problem ko rin yan kasi nagka anxiety ako during review ng board exam kaya hindi ako makatulog.

Suggest ko lang.
Make ur bed extra comfortable.
Turn off the lights.
Drink milk.
Wag ka mag isip ng negative pag nasa bed kana.
Melatonin

sis consult ka sa dr..baka kasi may reason din kung bakit ka ngkakaganyan,sakin kasi depression naging cause..or maybe sa nature ng work mo.. ganyan din ako before straight 2 days walang tulog talaga umiiyak nako kasi gusto ko nang makatulog,marami na nai- reseta sakin gamot halos di lahat tumalab may tumalab man sakin  may tama naman na parang groggy ako pag gising and the whole day,yung cousin ko na naka base sa Japan nung umuwi may pina try sakin SHISEIDO na sleeping pills nakakarelax sya tapos makakatulog nako... after ko maubos 1 box (12 pcs parang contraceptive pills itsura) naging ok nako tapos maintain ko na lang na di na ko nagpupuyat talaga at di na din ako masyadong nag iisip ng kung ano ano basta pag matutulog na.

I can relate! I work nightshifts kasi eh.  I can't sleep during the day.

You can try these:
  • Melatonin - about 500 bucks for a 1mg 100pcs bottle at GNC
  • Avoid eating spicy food at dinner
  • Ensure that your room is well ventilated and is dark
  • Make sure you ate dinner hours before bedtime

Hope this helps. Melatonin works for me.

why not consult a doctor first? para mas malaman yung cause ng insomnia mo and s/he can prescribe the proper medication..

you may also try:
-relaxing warm bath before going to bed
-drink milk
-gawin mong mas conducive yung atmosphere ng room for sleeping
-try aromatherapy i think chamomile/lavender can induce you to relax and eventually fall asleep

hopefully maresolve mo yang problem mo sis :)

safe ba ang melatonin? insomiac din kasi ako, unisom and celestamine ang iniinom ko, gusto ko na istop ayoko na  magdepend sa pills baka may side effects.

I suggest mag gse ka. Kasi simula ng mag gse ako madali ako makakuha ng tulog before bed time ko sya nitake.

Sis, i suggest you consult a doctor para safe. Do not self-medicate. Di natin alam na what works for others may not work for you. And baka may side-effect pa.  ;)

di effective sakin ang melatonin. sometimes i take as much as 10 mg pero wala talaga

but okay sakin ang iterax, tho  may hangover effect

try sleepasil(melatonin). i take this 30 min before ako humiga. Also take warm milk. it helps..

i experienced that before when i am having a problem at work. i really want to sleep coz my work is on graveyard shift and i end up crying coz i really wanted to sleep but i can't, worried kasi ako nun... i don't know how to pass my stats, i'm doing my best naman... my bf was worried too sabi nya magpacheck up ako, i told him alam ko naman bakit ako ganito and its because of my work... probably my work is not really for me. you know what i did?  i applied to a different company kasi i can't carry it anymore. luckly i  passed, and much better company yung pupuntahan ko. tommorow last day ko dito... since i passed the exams and interviews ko sa new company na papasukan ko, nakatulog na ako ng ayos... i think we need to know what is the root cause first then take pills/tea if applicable...

i like taking a warm shower din before I sleep.. sarap ng tulog coz feeling refreshed ka :)
