Question. Can the name of the Gcash subscriber be changed? Pag niregister mo yung pangalan mo sa Globe number, yun na yun di ba? Walang option para palitan? Or pwede bang i-unregister yung sarili mo sa Gcash?

Sana naman hindi. I'm trying to recover a stolen sim kasi. :-\

nag-backread ako, promise.

so this is how i understand it. i can go to a 7-11 outlet, then cash-in/send cash to a person's gcash account, tama? i don't have to load the cash into my own gcash wallet, then send it to the other person's gcash, tama(ulit)? parang added security lang na you're sending to the correct gcash number if you load it first to your own gcash, then send the gcash phone-to-phone. is my understanding correct?

7-11 kasi is the one nearest me, and i think they accept gcash transactions kasi lagi ko nakikita sa cashier computer screen na may mobile number. do i just tell the cashier the gcash mobile number?

thanks thanks!

na sa number ng sesendan mo sis, wasnt able to reply to your sms agad, i fed my dogs haha! :D

tama added security lang yung phone to phone and if you want to have cash ready sa gcash acct
mo. :)

sa 7 11 im not really familiar with the procedure but i think theyre gonna ask you to fill out a form
pa din sis. baka same process lang as pawnshops who offer gcash transfers as well.

but i think 7-eleven charges way bigger than pawnshops and globe stores when transacting with gcash. im not sure lang pero dati around 2009 mas malaki ang transaction fee nila.

^ AFAIK parehas lang ang charge, i could be wrong though. kaso if 7 11 is the nearest, pwede na rin. :D

magkano ang minimum amount when cashing in?

question.. di ba sabi pwede naman derecho na dun sa number nung sesendan mo ng gcash, no need na magload saken then saka transfer, right? So ibig sabihin if nagload ako ng gcash sa number ko, pwede kong icash out din kunwaring magbago isip ko?

meron na ba sa inyong may G-cash Card? Paano makakuha nun?

^Yup sis since nasa gcash wallet mo lang din naman yung pera you can cash it out anytime. If magsesend ka ng gcash sa ibang number thru Globe centers, pawnshops, loading station, pwede mo nang idirecho na ipasend dun sa number na papadalan mo.

I have a Gcash card, since 2010 pa ata. You apply online sis, google mo nalang, then may fee na P100 for the card. Ibabawas yun sa gcash wallet mo so make sure na merong P100 na laman.

Anyone here familiar with KYC? Applicable ba yun kahit meron ng gcash card?

Pissed off at Globe Business Center in Robinsons Magnolia.
Every time I try to withdraw money from my G-cash wallet, they always say that their system is down. And to think I was only trying to withdraw a meager amount of P3,000 every 2-3 months. When will they ever fix their G-cash system there?!  >:(

Just an update: Was finally able to withdraw from Globe Business Center, Robinsons Magnolia branch. I cashed out P4,000 from my virtual wallet. I'm glad they finally fixed their long-running technical glitch, but I think there's still a limit as to the amount clients can withdraw.

@missreese Just go to any Globe store or authorized G-Cash partners. Cashing in to your own G-Cash wallet is free. When sending G-Cash to others and cashing out at any G-Cash outlet, you'd need to shell out P20 for every P1000 and a fraction thereof.
