I got a chance to taste this when my boyfriend gave this as a birthday gift to my sister. My family love the cake instantly cause its not that sweet. The chiffon cake is soft and light. The caramel icing is really so delicious.

tasted the caramel cake a few days ago --- thanks to my officemate. sarap, i like it --- hindi masyadong matamis. pero lasts for a day lang daw yung cake so you have to finish everything once started.

Hi Mga Sis, ang estrels bakeshop ba, is it really a bakeshop na may mga nakadisplay na caramel cakes or house siya wherein you still have to order the cake then pick it up the next day?

^ sis dapat tawag ka muna sa kanila to order your cake. kasi nga dun palang gagawin yung cake. sarap cake nila kaya nga lang it won't last for a few days, dapat ubusin agad kasi nag-iiba agad yung taste nya. pangit na pag nilagay sa ref

wala silang ready na cake sa store but meron silang other pastries yata, mga cookies, etc.

^^ tinkerbell is correct sis! you have to call them to order if you really want to taste their caramel cake... super lucky na lang kung merong orders na hindi na talaga napick-up!

speaking of estrel's... we just ordered a rectangular caramel cake for my MIL's birthday on sunday but we planned to have it ready by tom night! we called at around 7pm and 3-4pm yung pick-up ng order namin tom!

Ganun ba Sis, napaisip tuloy ako if bibili ako or hindi kasi usually when we buy mga cakes minsan na stock siya sa ref ng mga 1 to 2 days. Di bale try na lang din namin, I'm sure it's worth the try

kami rin estrels na ang cake namin for more than 10 years na alam ko dati meron sila for pick up dito sa may recto hindi lang ako sure kung meron pa hanggang ngayon

hindi naman siya nag-eexpire agad... it's just indicated on their boxes, na "best" if you can the cake on the date of purchase until the next day! and it's true 'cause the last time we bought the big heart-shaped cake, yung natirang konti, hindi na talaga masarap kasi natagalan na sa ref! $:-\$

^ sis alam ko wala silang per slice. whole cake tlaga sila, at per order basis pa. hindi sya yung tipong commercialized na bakeshops na readily available ang mga cakes.

chiffon / cake choices are: plain vanilla, lemon, mocha & marble

tried their lemon for our wedding cake... mas ok pa din for us yung plain vanilla w/ caramel filling & icing! try ko yung butter icing soon, mas soft pa daw yun eh!
