Brief Profile
At least two years in college or equivalent
At least a year experience in a customer service/sales program at a contact centre setting.
Highly skilled in verbal and written communication in order to interpret, analyse, and problem solve customer needs.
Quick to adapt in changing business needs and process.
Ability to work in a group and demonstrate team work, organization, and prioritization
Typing skills
Computer literacy ? Must be familiar with Skype and its alternatives, must know how to save, email and attach various file types, etc.
Lively and with a positive disposition
Working Conditions
Australian Hours ? Day Shift, Mondays to Fridays Only
To be based in Manila Bay/MOA Site
