anyone here had purchase items in dhgate na? hows the transaction process safe naman ba?...

i had 1 transaction with dhgate last year. I bought generic MP3 players, which was posted as 16 gig. However, i later found out that they were hacked and that the real size is only 8 gig.
Siguro sis, it depends on the seller. I know they have f/b mechanisms there, like sa ebay. Check the reputation of the seller before closing your deal.

never ever buy from DHGate... all they have are cheap imitations and the items are not what they advertise
if you want to buy China made items, better buy from Alibaba or AliExpress. The sellers use Paypal as payment term and the buyer have Escrow for protection.
Bought twice with AliExpress and the items are as good as the photo. I also received the packaged on the dot.

Just wanna know if anyone here has tried buying gadgets online. Ako kasi I tried once (DBGADGETS) and I wasn't happy with my purchase because the owner was not professional at all. Zero customer service. Now I'm planning to buy another gadget pero syempre sa ibang store na... Please share your experiences kung okay naman. :)

i just bought my digicam from DBgadgets last march 7. i called around 10am then around 2pm asa kin na yun digicam. ok naman naging transaction ko so far. pati yun gadget so far so good.
one thing lang about DBgadgets, they don't issue any receipt. if there's any problem daw, tumawag na lang ulit. medyo kinabahan din ako buti na lang ok yun sony cybershot na nabili ko.
dapat kasi sa Kimstore ako bibili. i called them first kaso wala sila available na color na gusto ko.

ako kasi DB was so unfriendly. ang sayang lang kay kimstore bigla bigla bumababa yung presyo. kakabili ko lang friday when i checked now mas mura na ng 500. hay. :(

sa pagkakaalam ko yung kimstore may shop talaga sa st francis square dati... ang alam ko lumipat na sila, manila area ata not sure lang kung saan... try mo na lang contact sila.

Pa-bump naman. I want to buy sana a Samsung Galaxy S, pero since phased out na sya, online ko na lang makukuha. Mas mahal ang Kimstore by 1000, pero kung mas maayos naman yung warranty... What do you think?

I bought from Kimstore too, but they don't give discounts even if you buy a lot or bought several times from her na :-\

so true sissies, DBgadgets was sooo unfriendly..lalo pag katext mo yung owner parang ayaw nya pa magsales talk..kimstore is ok..as i know nagbibigay sila ng discount kahit 2 items na bibilhin mo basta dapat si kim kausap mo ;) i tried to talk to a guy kasi i don't know kung sino yun, yun nga di sya nagbibigay ng discount pero pag si kim magbibigay sya :) meron sya store sa st.francis square

Mga sis can you recommend an online store wherein nag aaccept sila ng credit card payments? Dati kasi meron yung kimstore sa st. Francis square eh. Pero now, cash nalang ang modes of payment nila. Though i must say, ok talaga kay kimstore bumili. Mabilis pa. Kahit same day transaction pwede.

i have a few transactions with DB and so far all sales are good. ok naman sya kausap. maybe you just find it straight forward? may pinabalik din akong cam tas inayos nila so far ok naman sya.

i'm planning to buy an ipod touch from kimstore. Apple warranty na daw so if there's anything wrong with the unit, derecho na sa powermac for repair/replacement? Sure ba that i'll be accommodated kahit na di sa powermac yung O.R. ko?

^ i might get an ipod touch from kimstore also. Bought cams from her pero never pa an apple gadget, so ito rin iniisip ko if okay ba ipod touch sa kanya? I want to get the 4th gen for my mom sana.
Medyo di nga friendly sa dbgadgets. Kaya ko naman tiisin na unfriendly kaso magulo kausap. Sasabihin meron tapos wala pala.. Tsaka napansin ko, kapag yung kelangan mo sa kanya hindi masyadong expensive, di ka din nila masyado papansinin. hehe

kakacontact ko lang kay dbgadgets. will meet with their messenger in sm today. sana all goes well naman. ok lang saken ang suplado basta sa transactions maayos kausap. sa house of gadgets/jeptall, ang labo kausap eh. nagpareserve ako, binenta sa iba yung cam. crossing my fingers na maayos ang dbgadgets. sila lang ang may s95 on hand eh.

^i bought a sony cybershot digicam din from dbgadgets last year.. hindi naman suplado kausap, mukhang nagmamadali lang hahaha! so far ok naman, pagkakita sa SM makati, bigay yun gadget, then bayad. na try ko naman mag shot ng picture while andon pa yun nagdala nun camera. so far, ok na yun sis kahit hindi sila gano ka friendly sa phone basta clean transaction :)

kay samarahchan (sa sulit) ba okey bumili dyan sana may magresponse? bibili sana ako ng digi cam sa kanya kainis kasi wala yung item na gusto ko kay Kimstore :( ayoko naman kay dbgadgets may bad experience yung kakilala ko sa kanya but he is reliable naman yun nga lang hindi magandang kausap medyo suplado :(

^ mabait and mabilis mag-order sa kimstore! :D di sila mataray kahit sa inquiries. never ako nagka-problema sa mga nabili ko (phones, cam & ipad) :)
tried inquiring at dbgadgets, walang kwenta! ang labo kausap.. tapos ang gulo nila sa email and text. Naku don't bother mag-transact sa dbgadgets... bastos pa kausap mo. Parang di customer yung kausap nila e.

Bought my Olympus camera sa DBGadgets, ok naman yung naging transaction. Straight forward lang yung text, malinaw naman [textspeak!] process. Wala naman ako naging problem. :) Yun nga lang, medyo pricey sila compared sa Kimstore.
Sa Kimstore, na disappoint lang ako. First time ko sana bibili dun ng cellphone kaso bad experience na agad. Last Saturday kasi, kinonfirm na yung order ko at sinabi "see you" sa meet up place at 12pm. This is during nung stay ni Pope Francis dito. Malayo pa kasi ako sa ortigas so umalis ako maaga para may time ako hanapin yung place para at least andun na ako bago pa mag 12. On the way na ako bigla nag text na cancel pala yung order ko. Expected naman na may road blocking at signal interruption diba? Sana nung Saturday ng gabi pa lang sinabi na hindi muna sila tatanggap ng order tapos after nalang ng event magreresume, maiintindihan ko naman eh. Kahit nagsabi ako ng concern ko, deadma na nila ako sa text. Pinapapunta lang ulit ako, wala man lang "sorry" o "pasensya na".
Any idea kung ok ba yung "One Stop Shop Gadgets"? Nakita ko lang rin sa FB. Thanks.
