cant sleep at night for the last 3 days.
something happen bad to me.
i discover something.
imagine crying every night and no sleep at all.
please help what medicines if pwede herbal
pwede ko take simula ngaun.
kahit 1 month ko lang iinumin.
hope maka move on ako. buti na lang me girltalk.

hi sis.

i'm so sorry to hear that you can't sleep at all. i also have the same problem. before you resort to medication, you might want to try valerian tea(or valerian root, if you can find some--i rarely do). it works for me. try drinking some hot tea with milk about an hour before bed. you can also try melatonin. i get mine from Health Express. it's around 260 bucks for 60 pieces. hope this helps and you get some sleep soon.

hi. naging problem ko rin yan kasi nagka anxiety ako during review ng board exam kaya hindi ako makatulog.

Suggest ko lang.
Make ur bed extra comfortable.
Turn off the lights.
Drink milk.
Wag ka mag isip ng negative pag nasa bed kana.
Melatonin

sis consult ka sa dr..baka kasi may reason din kung bakit ka ngkakaganyan,sakin kasi depression naging cause..or maybe sa nature ng work mo.. ganyan din ako before straight 2 days walang tulog talaga umiiyak nako kasi gusto ko nang makatulog,marami na nai- reseta sakin gamot halos di lahat tumalab may tumalab man sakin  may tama naman na parang groggy ako pag gising and the whole day,yung cousin ko na naka base sa Japan nung umuwi may pina try sakin SHISEIDO na sleeping pills nakakarelax sya tapos makakatulog nako... after ko maubos 1 box (12 pcs parang contraceptive pills itsura) naging ok nako tapos maintain ko na lang na di na ko nagpupuyat talaga at di na din ako masyadong nag iisip ng kung ano ano basta pag matutulog na.

I can relate! I work nightshifts kasi eh.  I can't sleep during the day.

why not consult a doctor first? para mas malaman yung cause ng insomnia mo and s/he can prescribe the proper medication..

you may also try:
-relaxing warm bath before going to bed
-drink milk
-gawin mong mas conducive yung atmosphere ng room for sleeping
-try aromatherapy i think chamomile/lavender can induce you to relax and eventually fall asleep

hopefully maresolve mo yang problem mo sis :)

safe ba ang melatonin? insomiac din kasi ako, unisom and celestamine ang iniinom ko, gusto ko na istop ayoko na  magdepend sa pills baka may side effects.

Yung mosegor vita appetite booster din yun eh ayaw ng ibang sisses natin tumaba

I suggest mag gse ka. Kasi simula ng mag gse ako madali ako makakuha ng tulog before bed time ko sya nitake.

Sis, i suggest you consult a doctor para safe. Do not self-medicate. Di natin alam na what works for others may not work for you. And baka may side-effect pa.  ;)

di effective sakin ang melatonin. sometimes i take as much as 10 mg pero wala talaga

but okay sakin ang iterax, tho  may hangover effect

i experienced that before when i am having a problem at work. i really want to sleep coz my work is on graveyard shift and i end up crying coz i really wanted to sleep but i can't, worried kasi ako nun... i don't know how to pass my stats, i'm doing my best naman... my bf was worried too sabi nya magpacheck up ako, i told him alam ko naman bakit ako ganito and its because of my work... probably my work is not really for me. you know what i did?  i applied to a different company kasi i can't carry it anymore. luckly i  passed, and much better company yung pupuntahan ko. tommorow last day ko dito... since i passed the exams and interviews ko sa new company na papasukan ko, nakatulog na ako ng ayos... i think we need to know what is the root cause first then take pills/tea if applicable...

try niyo po yung goji berry in sachet form medyo mahal lang nga 500 per box of 10 sachets pero masarap at hihimbing talaga tulog niyo... and maganda pa sa overall health... rich kasi siya sa Vitamin B1 at Magnesium which reduces the time it takes before you fall asleep... and feeling fully refreshed when you wake up. tini-take ko siya after or during dinner for best results

Doctor's advice will be good talaga before taking anything.

Yung doctor ko ang nag advice sa kin ng melatonin, pero yung regular melatonin na nabibili ko sa drugstore konti lang tulong sa akin. Nagpabili ako sa cousin ko ng melatonin sa US,  ang nabili nya sa kin yung melatonin with theanine (for stress relief) this works better for me kasi i sleep longer.

problem ko din yan dati..

1. try to drink a glass of milk, hot chocolate or fruit juice before going to bed
2. take a shower
3. at dapat pag 9pm mo gusto matulog, lagi 9pm hanggang masanay body mo, kahit di ka pa inaantok, go to bed at 9pm.. at iblock mo lahat ng pumapasok sa isip mo.. hehe

ako din may insomnia...di pa naman ako nakakabawi kasi nagaalaga me kids sa morning...
Mejo naaaddict ako sa pagnet sa cellphone kaya sabi ni hubby solution sa insomnia ko palit na daw ako fone yun walang wifi...

Dati may mga friends ako nag melatonin..effective daw kaso nagkakaproblem sila pag weewee...parang mahapdi..3 different people yun nagsabi sa akin...kaya yun ata ang side effect nya...

Nung may insomnia ako dati, ang dami kong sinubukan.

Chamomile Tea - nakakarelax pero hindi naman ako masyadong inantok.

Valerian Root - Effective pero warning lang -- ang baho nito. Sabi nila meron daw Valerian Tea, tapos yung capsules daw pwedeng buksan at gawing tea. Pero ininom ko nalang yung capsules kasi di ko pa nga sya binubuksan, ang baho na, what more kung buksan ko at gawin kong tea.

Melatonin - Effective magpa-antok sakin pero hindi masyadong mahimbing tulog ko. Sa Valerian kasi mahimbing tulog ko -- knock out dahil sa amoy, haha!

sa office we are taking DXN. antioxidant sya. galing din. from head to toe ang cleansing nya. 30 mins after taking it para na kong ipinaghehele.  ;) try it!

Sis, di ko sure kung meron sa Cash and Carry. Sa ebay.ph ako nakabili, 600 pesos lang tapos 100 capsules na. Once a day ko lang naman sya kung inumin, so tumagal sakin ng 3 months yung isang bote. Pero warning ha...talagang hindi kanais-nais ang amoy nito.

(i use Dial Lavander or J&J Lavander Chamomile)

Before my doctor gave me stillnox kasi hindi talaga ako maka adjust ng tulog plus the fact that my insomnia has been of work related cause. Usually half tab lang dapat anf intake nito kasi if you drink the whole tab pag gising mo medyo disoriented ka.

Yeah stilnox nga or dormicum.. knock out ka kaso kailangan talaga ng bonggang prescriptions.. I use this til now everytime hirap ako matulog because of pabago bagong schedule sa work.. talagang sira na ang body clock.. anyone, may kilala who can help me get these?

i normally have 3-4 hrs sleep only due to insomia...always drinking of coffee and smoking habits...

until my mom recommended me to drink this chocolate drink w/ alive contents on the sachet then successful ang sleep ko max ko na ngayon is 7 hours and mahimbing pa ang tulog....maybe due to super stressful lifestyle ko kaya i badly needed supplements...

effective talaga sakin ang melatonin 10mg. pero nabbother ako kasi nakaka cause daw ito ng problem sa kidneys in the long run.

i bought valerian root sa healthy options. 100 tablets for 400 pesos.  try ko kung effective ito.

may nakatry na ba ng leizenzi?

hay naku problema ko talaga to.....mula nang mag panghapon ako sa work eh hindi na ako nakakatulog ng maaga, minsan 4am na ako nakakatulog at ang problema is pag 4am eh late narin ako nagigising kaya wala na akong nagagawa bago ako pumunta ng work. Kaya ang ginagawa ko eh nag sho-shot ako ng vodka..which I know is bad for my health...lalo na pag napapasobra ang inom ko hehe....but thats the only way kase para makatulog ako. I will try to find a pill na pwede ko inumin..im here kase in DUbai so I dont know kung yung mga recommended ng mga sis dito eh available dito.

I agree with rosey, iterax knocks me out in minutes. kaso the effect  when you wake up . u feel sluggish and wala ka maalala. i dunno.. maybe its just me  ::)

Kirkland sleep aid works well for me, kalahating tablet lang knock out na. No hangovers pa. I noticed that warm showers at night makes me feel sleepy and relaxed so that might help

sabi nila ang coffee pampagising..pero sa akin pampatulog eh! kahit anong mainit antok na antok ako.kaya di ako mahilig sa mainit na foods kasi aantukin ako after..sa umaga pag nag coffee or milo ako,naku! mamaya nasa kama na ako..hehe
pero pag malamig naman gising na gising ako.kahit malamig na water lang..

tita ko before siya matulog nag eexcercise siya.di naman yung tipong workout talaga.stretching ganun..30mins niya ginagawa.ayaw niya kasi mag iinom ng mga sleeping pills.di rin daw effective sa kanya gatas at insenso.

Benadryl made me sleepy but as what another gt talker said, it made me groggy when I woke up, that I ended up sleeping again ;)

share ko lang mga sisses. dati kasi problem ko rin pagtulog since hindi talaga masanay katawan ko sa graveyard shift so laging 4 hours lang tulog ko minsan less pa kasi talagang mahirap matulog sa umaga. Pero mula nung naggluta ako ang bilis ko ng makatulog. Tapos straight at hindi putol-putol. Lagi kong nakukumpleto yung 8 hours a day minsan umaabot pa ng 10 hours.

Hindi ko alam kung ano meron dun sa gluta na tine-take ko pero effective siya para sakin. Nagtry ako ng sleepasil dati hindi siya effective eh. Makatulog man ako agad, agad din ako nagigising.

Im taking iterax for two days na. Medyo naaaga naman tulog ko because of it, at yung tulog ko malalim. Yun nga lang pag gising ko groggy feeling. Sinasanay ko lang ulit body ko na matulog ng maaga then kapag sanay na, stop na ko magtake nito.

Try Melatonin po. This really works. you cna easily buy this sa counter without any prescriptions herbal medicine kasi to.

I have migraine kasi and most of the time i can't sleep for days/ nights. Hubby introduced me to melatonin, it worked on me. Sarap ng tulog ko.

Kirkland sleep aid works well for me, kalahating tablet lang knock out na. No hangovers pa. I noticed that warm showers at night makes me feel sleepy and relaxed so that might help

another thing you need to consider mga sis.

Avoid nyo na watch ng TV pag oras na for you to sleep. If you have one in your bedroom kung pwedeng ilipat nalang siya o di kaya ay takpan eh gawin nyo na. isa ito sa mga culprit eh. Same with your computers. It's best to retreat talaga pag walang distractions sa loob ng bedroom. =)

^^same here sis. my doctor prescribed me melatonin. i also have a  hard time sleeping stress di lang dahil sa work pati na rin sa pag aasawa hahahaha dami na kasing nag tatanong may bf daw ako and lagpas na sa kalendaryo age ko pero wala pa rin daw plans (etc) yan tulad ng iba sa inyo kahit maaga pa humiga 2 to 3 hrs bago maka tulog tapos di ba straight ang sleep gumigising pa every hour :(

so far effective ang melatonin. as long as i dont forget to drink it by 9 siguradong tulog nako by 12.  :)

prob ko to ngayon... wala na nga ako work wala ako inaasikaso pero hindi pa din ako makatulog... mas nakakatulog ako dati nung may work ako. sobrang pagod siguro kaya nakakasleep... ngayon hirap talaga ako, mag 2 months nakong bakasyon... hindi ako pwede sa melatonin kasi may effect daw yun sa hormones eh may sakit ako sa ovary at may pills ako na iniinom for that baka hindi mag tugma since may hormones din ang melatonin... anti histamine naman like iterax tinigilan ko na kasi bukod sa nakaka immune siya hindi ata safe na gamitin siya pampatulog lagi... hayyyz... hindi na din masyado tumatalab ang gatas sakin... nakakaiyak yung ganito... gusto ko lang naman matulog ng matulog habang bakasyon ko para makapahinga at beauty rest naman ako.

What kind of tea do you drink? If its a regular tea, then it may even contribute to your sleeping problems because it contains caffeine.

Try mo na wag mag pagod pag night time. Exercising in the evening, for example, could keep you awake.

Another drug-free remedy is reading something super boring at bedtime :-)

ive been taking this vitamins for my hair called msm (methyl sulphonyl ) and it makes me really really sleepy. i usually sleep 4-5 hrs a day and w/ this i end up sleeping 8 hrs and i get late for work, i turn off my alarm clock din kasi. but if u have the discipline and it works for u then it might be good.

I took Iterax (Hydroxyzine) a few years back when I was suffering from insomnia. Just 1 tablet (25 mg) is enough, but I only took it OTC and for 2 weeks at most to stabilize my sleeping pattern. By the way, it's an anxiolytic, antihistaminic, and antipruritic.

When I suffered from severe contact dermatitis last summer, I drank 2 Benadryl capsules (forgot the mg), and after an hour, I was already fast asleep. When I tried taking only 1, didn't work well.

Since 2 weeks ago, I'm once again having a hard time sleeping (but sometimes I fall asleep quickly), and my mom got me Iterax again. I haven't touched them yet until now because I'm trying NOT to rely on meds.

Try Melatonin and St. John's Wort  (they can be bought from health supplements shops).

If walang epekto, see your doctor. I'm currently taking Zolpidem and Valium to help me sleep.

After i read somewhere about the good effects of lavender essential oil.
I bought one and a diffuser..
Nilagay ko sa side table ko..
One hour bago ako humiga ino-ON ko na yung diffuser na may patak ng lavender oil
para magspread na yung amoy sa room ko..
So paghiga ko langhap na langhap ko na yung lavender scent..
nakakarelax ng mind and feeling..
tapos sinasabayan ko pa ng pagpapatugtog ng mga relaxing musics..
yung mga pinapatugtog sa SPA..
then makakatulog na lang ako in a while..

Also, I bought lavender massage oil,
bago matulog my partner and I massage each other's back for 5 minutes..
nakakatulong din sya para marelax ang body..

napansin ko lang lumalim yung tulog ko when i started using this lavender essential oil..

Stresstabs works for me. Ito ang aking ultimate pang pasarap ng tulog. Kahit konting oras lang feeling ko I slept for more than 8 hours.

Yay! Buti I stumbled upon this thread... So, I bought Sleep well yesterday. Actually, I asked for Melatonin sa drug store, they gave me Sleep Well. I took one capsule 2 hours before my scheduled time to sleep. It worked like magic. I was able to sleep for 8 hours without any interruptions. Pagising ko, ansarap ng feeling kasi well rested ako..

Sleep well is only 15php/capsule...

j_in_tokyo, same here. i prefer placing few drops of lavender (favorite), tea tree, clementine, eucalyptus, or chamomile in my oil diffuser/vaporizer + relaxing spa music or meditation/sleep music. most of the time, i swim muna for 30 minutes + treadmill para mapagod talafa ako. i don't like to take any sleeping pills again.

before: valium. eventually, i developed Valium dependence and i don't want to go back.  :-[

I have sleeping problem too ever since. Minsan lang yata ako nakakatulog maayos. I tried Sleepasil, did not work for me. What I would do minsan, kapag 3 straight days na ako wala tulog, I would take a tablet of Neozep and I sleep like a baby. Or 1 to 2 bottles of Tanduay ice, pag ito naman nagigising din ako kasi nawiwiwi, pero pagbalik tulog din ulit. Parang adik lang, I know it's bad pero masakit kasi sa ulo pag ilang araw na wala tulog at hirap mag function utak ko.

I tried sleepasil last weekend, infairness effective nga. I took it 2 hrs before my bed time and boom! nakatulog naman... then paggising ko the other day wala naman mabigat na feeling or mabigat ang katawan na pakiramdam. Over the counter ko lang binili sa drug store na malapit sa amin.

Hi sis...joining the conversation. I have had sleeping problems for a month na. Feeling ko more on anxiety siya hindi insomnia. I have been taking sleepasil. I took it for straight 10 days and it worked great. Nung nag-stop ako parang 4 days lang I found myself taking it again. I don't want to rely on medication pero sleepasil is supplement naman pero I want to sleep na ng normal, I will try acupuncture next week. Will let you know if it works.

I am also taking Natrol melatonin 5mg if I really find it hard to sleep. The dosage is one tablet only but one time I tried 2 tablets and it gave me a tight chest and uncomfortable feeling like there's blood rushing in my head. So I never try going beyond the recommended dosage again.  :D

Ako naman insomnia problems -_- my sleeping patterns has been like this since 2008 nung last yr ko in school tas mas grabe na sya nung nagstart ako magwork. May time kase i was working 2 jobs may 8-hr day job ako tas 4-6 hrs na part time usually 11pm-5am. Til now problem ko pa din matulog sa gabi. :s

Sobrang gulo ng sleeping pattern ko ever since 4th year college... i think? all nighter kasi dahil sa exams and duties. it continued nung nagwork tapos nag worsen nung naging bf ko yung asawa ko. mas matindin ang pagiging night owl non. :( i tried diphenhydramine, kaya lang sobrang high ng feeling! tipong antok na antok ka na pero hindi ako makatulog! wasak lang! My doctor prescribed Clonazepam pero parang wala ding effect. :( i took diazepam din from my sister's prescription meds LOL, didnt do me good. siguro kasi 1/4 or 1/2 tab lang tinatake ko... Maybe i'll try the otc Sleepasil, baka sakaling may effect.

Pure Rest & Essentials. Best combination kung may insomnia or less than 8 hours yun sleep mo. Usually 6hours lang sleep ko pero na-experience ko hindi masakit sa ulo pagka-gising sa umaga. Yun feeling na kaya mo agad bumangon.

My doctor prescribed Ativan for my extreme insomnia/sleeplessness.  Yun daw
ang cause ng tension headache ko, lack of sleep plus stress.  Pero watch out daw ako
dahil addictive ito.
For over the counter one,  sometimes I take Advil PM, pag may soreness ako from exercise.

Believe it or not, mula ng mag-glutathione ako para pampaputi, nawala na ang insomnia ko. Maski tinitigil ko madalas ang pag-inom, effect pa din. Kaso after mga 6 months na hindi ako nainom ng glutathione, balik insomnia ulit. Minsan kasi nagkukuripot ako kaya ko tinitigil. Hehe

Clear your head lang. I used to have this problem years ago. Never bring work, food, gadgets or anything to bed. So parang ma associate ng br:ain mo na bed=sleep. Easier said than done of course. Reading helps too.

I take Melatonin by Trianon. It works for me, pero hindi ko inaaraw araw. One time, 3 days straight ako nag melatonin, the next night hindi parin ako makatulog kahit nag take na ako.

Try using Pure Rest. It's a sublingual melatonin. I used to take it an hour before bed time. So far effective naman. Kadalasan after 15minutes of taking..ramdam ko na yun antok.  ;D

Try different brands of Melatonin because not every brand will work. Surprisingly, Sleepasil works for me but Natrol makes me feel so tired when I wake up in the morning. Both of them are just 3mg.

Hi mga sis! I dont know if this is the right thread to post this but i think this is kinda related to the topic. Just want to ask if anyone of u has consulted an endocrinologist bec of insomnia? I've read that hormonal imbalance can be a possible cause of insomnia. i know someone, a guy who has chronic insomnia for years now and it's getting worse because he's already taking controlled meds and yet he's lacking sleep pa din. mix scentless rubbing alcohol with lavender oil put that in an atomizer bottle then spray it on the pillow before you lay down  its good relaxant pwede rin eucaliptus oil or peppermint if you cant find lavender oil

I tried lavender oil. Pati cologne lavender din sprayed on my pillow too. Pero wa epekto sa akin. Grabe ang insomia ko. I am trying now Valeriana capsule and oil although ang sama ng lasa nung oil at ang baho ng amoy ng capsule. Pinagtyagaan ko so far on my 2nd day effective naman. I wanna try other remedies kasi diko na carry ang lasa ng Valeriana.

I used to have insomnia. Basta puyatan magaling ako dyan. And I worked din sa call center wherein mid-shift or night shift kami, and minsan nag double-shift pa. What I do is nagpapaka busog ako para antukin ako, or when my allergies are acting up I take cetirizine (xyzal, zyrtec), yung loratidine (claritin, allerta) does not make me groggy enough eh. Kaso ang worry ko is how those medicine affect my brain long term, and it can cause pala memory loss. So I started weaning myself off from those medicine. So far, I have successful, more than a year now of almost no allergy symptoms (mild sneezing na lang which is normal naman), and I'm not taking medicine at all.

Back sa pampatulog, hinahabol ko talaga antok ko, at night I take my glass of milk, and calcium supplement, and make sure na I go to bed the same time of the night and wag ng kokontrahin ang antok. And easier to fall asleep if pagod or had a busy productive day.

before I used Alphrax ok naman kaya lang nung lumipat ako ng isang brand na parang alphrax, ayun sobrang sakit na ng ulo ko every morning.

now ang gamit ko is Pure Rest ng USANA - 2 capsules every night pero depende ang effect niya although nakakatulog din naman ako. Napansin ko lang, kapag konti lang ang nakain ko, ayun within 30mins - 1 hour bagsak na agad pero kapag mejo busog, inaabot ng ilang oras bago mag take effect. Alternate ang inom ko sa kanya or during Monday-Wed lang para hindi naman mashadong maging dependent ang katawan ko. Usually pag dating ng Thur and Fri nakakatulog na ako ng kusa :)

napuyat ako the other night for a reason, sa kagustuhan ko  bawiin yung rulog ko kinabukasan  i took anti histamine. hirap kasi talaga ako matulog sa araw. zyxal to be exact. then voila. nakatulog ako from 1pm-4pm.. then 7pm-9:30pm then 10:30pm to 6am..

Hirap din akong makatulog, specially sa type ng schedule namin sa work. Pero as much as possible sa umaga, I am catching some sunrise,walking lang, sunrays will give you daw some kind of energy for the entire day and will help you sleep during night time. Nabasa ko sa web and effective siya sa akin. Also, after cleaning and stuff, nagsusuot ako medyos pag matutulog na. :D

Try not to sleep for one day, as in. Don't sleep or even a nap. Pigilan mo kapag inaantok ka na, exercise or basta distract mo sarili mo para di ka makatulog. Tapos mga 10pm or 9pm, kung anong oras mo gusto matulog dun ka na mag-sleep. Then ulit ulit na lang. Hehe. Reset mo body clock mo :)

Nightshift ako sa work so umaga ang tulog ko hanggang hapon. Grabe hirap ako makatulog kahit madilim (blackout curtains) and malamig and tahimik (noise-cancelling earphones with white noise playing).

I even take yung Melatonin tablets from Healthy Options (brand is Natrol, Sleep variant, 5mg extra strong).

Pero di pa rin tumatagal yung tulog ko. So balak ko bumili ng oil diffuser so i can use lavender pure essential oil sa room. Lavender has been clinically proven to improve sleep daw...

Hirap din ako matulog, I take melatonin din kaya lang lately feeling ko my body got used to it na, hindi na effective.

Nakatulong naman sa akin yung bumili ako ng mattress na mas hiyang ako. Dati kasi I had this orthopedic mattress na slightly nahihirapan ako sa tigas, kaya lang tiniis ko kasi bukod sa mahal yung bili ko sa kanya at sayang naman kung palitan agad, eh di ba kasi mas maganda daw ang support nun, so I used it for years but I never really adapted to it. Nung kinailangan ko bumili ng new mattress, I went with a foam lang, yung mga nabibili sa uratex. So much better for my sleep.

Madaling labanan ang antok ng sleepasil. Another similar product is melatonin (available at Healthy Options, Landers,S&R).

Kung gusto mo ng antok na mahirap labanan, try Iterax, 10mg. Antihistamine siya. I also took Rivotril, but this one needs a prescription.

Hindi effective sa akin sleepasil kahit kaunting antok wala. I expected it to be effective dahil may chamonile and valerian root na kasama kaso wala naman nangyayari. Mas effective pa nabibili ko na melatonin sa healthy option. Nalalabanan ang antok pero at least inaantok ako. Dapat lang relaxed ka.

I also tried the generic form of benadryl kaso wala rin effect.

I also tried na hindi matulog ng 24 hrs. para antok agad sa gabi pero wala pa rin.

Kailangan ba ng prescription ng iterax? Parang iba ang content from benadryl.

I tried melatonin and it didn?t work either and then my co worker suggested dormiphen di ko alam Kung Meron dyan sa pilipinas kasi nasa Canada ako, pero it worked I?m sure there?s and equivalent otc med sya. I had trouble sleeping because of change of shift scheduling, it helped me for one night then nakuha ko yung sleeping schedule again. Good luck to u guys! Another thing that worked was meditating I fell asleep right after try nyo din baka mag work all the best ☺️

Taking a warm shower and doing a bit of stretching makes me sleep better. I don't use an alarm na rin kasi nasanay naman na akong gumising ng umaga. I take a nap during the day and exercise especially when I work at home.

Recently, I've been drinking chamomile tea and it works for me. I drink it while having dinner and before going to sleep.  I notice that I fall asleep easily now and no more late night over thinking.

The brand that I bought is already infused with honey as well. I forgot the name of the tea but it's very affordable, around 79 Pesos only.

This continued until last year kase nahihirapan na ako, iterax helps you fall asleep tapos pag gising monkahit napaka tagal ng sleep mo e groggy ka pa.. 😂😂

This time im taking melatonin from HO, 10mg.. 4consec days then stop. Tapos another round next time na di ulit okay sleep ko 😂

This might sound weird, pero lately pampatulog ko yung isang seller ng second hand luxury bags sa fb. Nyahaha. She does fb live and ewan ko narerelax ako. Para shang ASMR na hinde, kasi normal speaking voice naman sha, pero pag pinapakita na nya mga bags, the sounds that it produce, narerelax ako. Pati voice nya mejo soothing din. Bwahahaha im weird i know lol.

After buying a memory foam pillow, ang bilis ko na makatulog. Before [textspeak!] i would always toss and turn, finding a good spot na hindi nakakangalay sa leeg. Nakatulong yung pillow for a good neck support and nawala yung neck and arm ache ko whenever i wake up the following day.

I am trying 5-HTP for a week now. But it doesnt really help me to fall asleep fast. So, I decided to buy melatonin - Puritan's pride yung brand. Hopefully this will work for me. And now, super limited na yung phone and laptop usage ko sa kwarto.

I was bothered  na kasi coz i dont have proper sleep since lockdown,  I am awake sa gabi till madaling araw then konti lang sleep pag umaga.  I am gulity of  watching netflix  series and  overthinking din of past memories since I am alone here in  condo. I diffuse Lavender, Frankincense and Copaiba for a deep good night sleep. Very effective sa akin ang essential oils. Lalo midshift ako working from home. Dati I have a hard time sleeping, nasanay na late natutulog pero since I started diffusing eos, maayos na tulog ko :)

Dapat pala dito ako nagtambay nun mga time na inaatake ako ng extreme covid anxiety hehe. Hay nako.. yung tipong i rushed to ER the first time i had anxiety attack, nagpalpitate for more than 12hours..sobrang sakit ng dibdib ko heheh..tapos sabi sakin ng resident doc "anxiety at caffeine lang yan, drink lots of water to flush out the caffeine then take a rest, kalma lang po tayo"
At hindi lang dun nagtapos ang anxiety attacks ko. Everytime na lumalabas ako, pagkauwi inaatake ako hehe. Kaya every 2weeks ang labas ko. The nun magkaECQ at brgy coding medyo naka-adjust na ako dahil konti na lang ang lumalabas at nakakasabay sa pamilihan..
Para mabawasan ang anxiety ko, there are 2 things that I assured myself : 1.) I will survive covid if ever i got infected ( i did this by taking vitamins and supplements, proper diet and exercise, etc) and 2.) I made sure we have money for hospital bills if ever i got infected, i want to make sure to get the best hospital service because as per my observation, yung mga nakakarecover ay galing sa mga hospital na may magandang facilities at very good services, so money is a must talaga if you want to survive..

And of course, prevention and self-quarantine is a must kung sa tingin ko hindi ako masyadong safe sa last na labas ko.. like now, i isolated myself for 1week to observe if i will develop symptoms..so far no symptoms naman..ang kagandahan lang now, lahat talaga nakamask na..then wag tayo mahihiya sabihan yun mga nasa paligid natin breaching the 1meter radius.. sabihan mo ng "bro, 1meter po ang required distance baka pedeng lumayo layo ka ng konti sakin...
Meron kasi talaga na walang pakundangan na lapit nang lapit kahit layo ka ng layo..

Ganun talaga mga praning, dapat maingat tayo, ok lang kung tayo lang mainfect eh baka mahawaan pati ang mga bata eh.. 🤭

Has anyone tried ASMR? Am afraid to take in pills/medicines kasi baka maging dependent ako so I look for ways to improve my sleep naturally. I play ASMR videos (favorite ko is yung parang scratches sa board) through my speaker when I go to bed and nakakarelax siya.
