How to take bangkok pills?

^Hi sis! I actually started with strong dose. Took it for a week but only lost 3 lbs which could be due to water weight lang. It helped with suppressing my appetite but not much. Nabawasan lang yun cravings ko. No headaches naman, the only problem I had was I feel tired the whole day. As in no energy at all so I decided to stop. I thought baka di ako hiyang since ang bagal ng weight loss ko so I contacted another seller and she suggested that I try the super strong. This is my 3rd day pa lang. Haven't lost any weight kasi naman puro gatherings the past days so puro kain din ako! Haha. Napansin ko lang na mas wala ako gana kumain with the strong dose pero I decided to continue taking the super strong kasi okay naman effects sakin. I still have energy and I don't feel lethargic unlike with the strong variant. I only need to lose 10lbs but fast! I really hope this will work.

Nung unang take ko wala naman akong naramdaman
nung mga 3rd day
nagigising ako nang mga 1am para mag poop so medyo nakakapuyat nag take ako nang 11pm tapos nagising ako nang 1am after ko mag poop magigising na naman ako nang 3am para mag poop ulit after nun tuloy tuloy na sleep ko need ko kasi gumising nang 5am para gumayak kasi may class ako nang 8am

So tinanong ko yung seller if ganun ba talaga but sabi nya usually 8 hours bago mag kick in ang laxative yung kulay mustard
Before bedtime pero baka dahil start ko pa lang kaya ganun so tinuloy ko pa din

-wala namang bad side effects sakin no headache masigla naman ang pakiramdam ko

-nilagnat ako kasi nahawa ako sa 4 years old na cousin ko kaya na stop ko..

 Pa stop stop ako  kasi masyadong hassle yung pag poop nang morning pero minsan tinake ko nang mga 12am yung before bedtime
Mga 10:30am ako nag po poop medyo hassle pa din kasi may class ako nun

Now naka stop na naman ako try ko ulit mag take nang 11pm tapos update ko ma lang dito if ano mangyayari

Nag loose lang ako nang 1Kg kasi pa stop stop ako siguro pag tuloy tuloy mas effective
Nung una with diet pa pero nung malapit may pang 6days ako kumakain na ako wala nang diet

Tinanong ko yung seller if mag susuper strong na ako sabi nya pwede na daw but siguro rest muna ako nang mga 1 week

Before ako mag take ulit kasi masyadong hassle yung poop ka nang poop pero ako 3 times lang ako mag poop minsan 2 times lang and pee ka nang pee

I started taking my Bp this Monday lang. Kaso i have to stop nung isang araw kasi i took Emergency pill (Nordette *personal reasons haha!) so ayun tinuloy ko naglose na ko ng weight 2lbs pa lang. Strong dose din sa akin. I'm planning on getting another one kasi i will go to Singapore this September and i have to lose weight talaga as in. Di ko pa sinasabayan ng exercise to kasi na sprain ko ankle ko pero lumuluwag mga shorts ko napansin ko rin na di naman lumiliit boobs ko, Ang pagkakaalam ko kasi pag nagpapapayat ka liliit din boobs mo pero sa akin hindi naman. Wala na rin ako gana sa chocolates, pizza or kahit anong nakakataba. Di na rin ako nagrrice.

Naku girls please don't make it a habit to use this for weight loss.  I remember taking bangkok pills for years and I'm not sure to this day if this is the reason why I get depress a lot.

Nonetheless I'm happy it did not affect my body in that I was still able to to bear a healthy child.  I heard it might affect that nga daw.  Ingat lang, there are ways to lose weight.  Believe me super chubby ako dati.

^ sis tealover, These pills caused me depression since from day 1. i got depressed and cried a lot the first day I used it. I didnt function well talaga. Nakakabaliw itong pills na ito. ANg tamlay ko pa, it took away my happiness. grabe.

for those who are planning to take BK, isip muna mga 1000x.

i took super strong last year, yung good for 28 days na agad yung inorder ko.
i recently gave birth kasi nun, pumayat na ko almost close to my pre pragnancy weight  but i wanted to lose the extra few pounds quick.

super hindi ka makakakain kasi parang may film s tongue mo, parang feeling ko nun, kahit anong kainin ko, para kong ngumunguya ng carpet. lol so mawawalan ka talaga  ng gana, hindi ka rin magugutom.
pero i forced myself to eat paren every meal kahit konti kasi wag daw dapat magskip ng meals.
ok naman sya ng first few days, super uhaw ka lang lagi and parang laging agitated. as in hindi talaga ko mapakali. tapos pag pinawisan ako, as in grabe talaga. kahit konting kilos lang para kang tumakbo ng marathon.

2nd week thats when i started feeling tired the whole day. kahit bagong gising lang, pagod na pagod na agad ako. i had zero energy, as in simpleng paglalakad sa loob ng bahay ayokong gawin dahil super wala akong kalakas lakas. struggle gawin lahat ng bagay. nagstart din palpitations mga 5th day of taking it. umabot sa point na parang my heart would burst out of my chest sa sobrang grabe ng palpitations ko kahit na konting konti lang yung kilos ko. lahat din nagcocomment saken na parang may saket ako kasi sobrang lumalim yung mata ko. as in ang dark and ang lalim nung eye sockets ko. it was really effective in the sense na pumayat talaga ako. as in bigla bigla. kaso sobrang haggard na haggard ichura ko and i looked like i was sick talaga. so i stopped using it before the end of the 3rd week. i also felt depressed for absolutely no reason.

the worst part is, after taking it, my weight balooned to 60kg in a span of 2 months. my weight after taking bk was 45. my weight before taking bk was 52.

for me, sobrang hindi worth it yung balik. and sobrang hindi worth it yung feeling while taking it.

i am now taking slimina to see if i can lose a few lbs again.
so far, wala namang bad side effects. lets see what will happen after i finish the bottle.

i've tried taking BP din, sa una nakakatakot kasi dito ko lang din nabasa
then may nakita akong seller sa IG. 3 tablet sa umaga, 3 tablet sa gabi.
yung tablets na pang umaga ihi ka ng ihi, yung sa gabi naman pag gising mo ang sakit sakit ng chan ko
tas diretso lagi agad ako sa CR. Ang saklap lang pag pumapasok ka sa office tas nagtake ka nun bago umalis isipin nyo yung scenario na pigil na pigil ka mag wiwi sa UV express na Van.
Minsan napapababa pa talaga ko sa ibang place para mag washroom lang.
Pero lumiit talaga yung katawan ko nun, lumiit yung tummy ko, nag sag yung mga matatabang areas.
Pero tinigil ko din dahil sa sobrang sakit ng chan ko pag gumigising minsan alanganing oras 3AM napapaCR talaga ko. Nung tinigil ko na ayun bumabalik din yung mga taba unti unti.

Mga sis, with all courage after 5 months of having second thoughts eto na first day ko ngayon to take this crazy pill..  I need this for 2 weeks lang! After taking the breakfast pill nagpanic attack ako lol hahaha even telling my dad na okay lang na mataba ako di na ako iinom hahaha.. Nalunod kasi ako sa tubig na ininom ko ang dami kasi pag morning pill na sabay sabay iinumin hahaha. Anyway ayan tuloy parin. Ang feel ko ngayon effective nga sya as appetite suppressant. At lightedeaded feeling ko high ako tas nanuyo lalamunan ko. Update ko kayo ulit.
