Spicy Tuna Pasta
1 big can century tuna hot and spicy
Half kilo pasta
1 tetra pack del monte tomato paste
2 tetra pack del monte tomato sauce
Minced garlic
Sugar, Salt and pepper to taste
1.   Drain oil, use the oil to saute garlic
2.   Add tuna
3.   Add tomato sauce, tomato paste
4.   Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste
5.   Boil water, add oil and salt
6.   Add pasta
7.   Add some pasta water to the tuna sauce
8.   Drain pasta, do not rinse.
Lagay nyo na kagad sa sauce, mabilis po mag dry ito kaya ang technique is lagyan ng pasta water para medyo maging malabnaw yung sauce, pag hindi nilagyan, mga 2-3 hours dry na agad yung pasta.

Potato salad
Baby potatoes cut in halves
Butter
Basil
1.   Medium heat, add butter and a little bit of oil, add potatoes and basil.

burger steak in mushroom sauce
boil ready-made burger patties (i use one container of ulam burger) in 50ml water for 5minutes.
dissolve 1/2 knorr cream of mushroom soup in half the amount of water suggested in the package instructions (so for half of its contents, i mixed it with 1 cup of water), idagdag sa nilulutong burger patties. cook for 5minutes.
optional - usually i add frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots)

Spicy Tuna Pesto
1 Clara Ole Pesto
1 Magnolia Nestle Cream
1 Century tuna hot and spicy
3 cloves minced garlic
250g spaghetti noodles
1.   Cook spaghetti noodles according to instruction.
2.   Heat pan in low fire and pour Clara Ole Pesto sauce.
3.   Saute minced garlic and add Tuna.
4.   Pour Magnolia Nestle Cream until heated. Do not let it boil.

Pork Kinamatisan
1 kilo Pork Ribs (if ribs are a bit expensive for you, you can use liempo)
5-6 pcs medium size tomatoes (cubed)
Patis
1-2pcs green chilis (same thing you put in sinigang)

In a shallow pan, put in your ribs, tomatoes and patis. DO NOT PUT ANY WATER. Put in low heat. You'll see that water will eventually come out of the tomatoes. Stir occasionally. Once your pork is tender, add you green chilis. Let it stand for 3-5minutes then turn off heat. Serve with fried eggplant and lots of rice (I swear this is takaw kanin).

Garlic Buttered Mushroom
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
1 tablespoon garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
2 cans Button mushroom halves
2 tablespoons kinchay chopped

Melt butter in a pan w/ low heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and toss with garlic butter to coat.

Cover pan and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, and making sure garlic doesn't burn (reduce heat to very low). Just before serving, toss mushrooms with chopped kinchay.

1.   fry tofu until light brown then drain using paper towels
2.   mix mayo, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and water in a bowl
3.   saute onion and sili then add the tofu
4.   add the oyster sauce mixture and let it simmer
5.   adjust according to taste then serve
pwede nyong bawasan yung sili if hindi kayo masyadong mahilig sa maanghang or alisin yung buto ng sili. i prefer kasi na naghahalo yung sweet, spicy saka pagkasalty nya. enjoy!

Beef and Mushroom with Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Lean Beef (cut into thin wide strips)
Mushroom (i used the fresh one but you can use the one in the can as well)
Butter
Evaporated Milk (you can use cream of mushroom or nestle cream)
Garlic
Onion
salt/pepper

Procedure:

melt the butter in a sauce pan and saute garlic and onion, when it's a bit brown add the beef and stir it,when the beef is half cook put the mushrooms stir it together, when it's almost cook pour slowly the evaporated milk (if you want it more saucy pour a generous amount, pero dapat hindi masyado super dami nung milk ha,kasi parang sabaw na yung labas niya, dapat tama lang, not so dry pero hindi naman masyado masabaw)then add pepper and salt to taste

Learned how to do carrot fries through Fox News Channel ('yung isa sa mga special features nila on healthy living). Very simple lang naman.

Ingredients:
Carrots (one or two small pieces, depending on how many you want to make)
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Pinch of salt

1. Cut the carrots into French fries-like shape.
2. Spread some Olive Oil into the sliced carrots.
3. Sprinkle black pepper and add a little salt (not too much, please!).
4. Place the sliced carrots inside your oven toaster. A few minutes of toasting will do. If you want your carrot fries crispy, you can toast them a little longer. I like them French fries like, so they stay inside the oven toaster for more or less a minute only.

You can use your microwave, but I haven't tried it yet, so I don't really know how long the carrots should stay there. Don't fry the carrots. It won't have the same effect. :)

Enjoy!

Joining.. May I share a dish I cook at home.  ;)

Sweet Chili Wings
Ingredients:
3/4 kg chicken wings
Cooking oil for frying
Half a bottle of Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper

How-to:
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Deep fry wings until golden brown. Drain excess oil from wings using paper towel.
Saute garlic, butter and wings over low fire. Add the sweet chili sauce and stir until all of the wings are coated.

My pamangkins love this dish.  ;) I love to add extra garlic as it blends well with the chili sauce.

I don't need easy. I just need possible.
