ongoing resignation problem. NEED HELP

Good day mga sisses...  after 6 years decided na ako mag resigned...  i have filed my irrevocable resignation yesterday..  and thru verbal nag suggests ako na baka kung pwede eh hindi na ako mag deposit ng collection sa bank ( to think na halosnasa 1m yung hawak ko in cash) katakot din kasi...  nasa 500meters din kasi ang distance ng bank sa amin...  and isa pa sa suggestion ko is...  hindi na ako mag accept ng payment ng mga tenants...  (maymga salbahe kasing tenant na sasabihing bayad na sila kahit hindi pa)  baka gawin ako excuse...

sabi sa akin ni boss "hindi naman pwede yun eh trabaho mo yun eh"

huhuhu naguguluhan ako...  parang gusto ko na lang mag AWOL

please sis baka may matulong kayo sa akin...  I really need inputs thanks

sabi may i hire daw sila bago...  pero wala pa...  eh sa superior ko daw ituro lahat ng kaalaman ko...  hello ako na ang mag tuturo sa boss ;(

Ituro mo.  Then document everything.  Pati yung list ng mga nagbayad at hindi.  Tapos bago ka umalis, papirmahin mo boss mo sa tinurnover mong list.  That way, seamless ang iyong exit.

thanks sa mga reply ka GT :D ganyan na nga din ginawa ko... til 25 na lang ako... pero di na ako pasok ng 25 kasi holiday :D

Too bad wala man lang daw ibibigay sa aking separation pay.. for my 6 years service.. hehe
if tinanggal daw ako "baka" daw meron pa... pero nasa labor code daw na pag nag resign eh wala makukuha... edi wow... mas ok na din na umalis ako ng 6 yrs kesa mag bilang pa ako ng taon eh ganun din naman kalalabasan...

dagdag ko nga pala... yung owner nag promote sa akin last 2013 na gagawin na daw nya ako assistant manager... nung mabalitaan ng manager namin kinausap ako na wag ko daw pagkakalat... (naging threar ata ako sa kanya hahaha)

now sa COE ko nakalagay na lang is "admin staff" as in ganyan pagkakasulat with quote... hahaha... mga engots ata sila ang habol ko lang is makaalis na ako sa company... wala ako nakikita future... i think if i stay another 6 yrs... naku ganito pa din attitude ko... which is gusto ko na talaga mag grow... :D

wait wait wait?  Walang separation pay?  As in walang backpay?

Hinold ba ang last cut off mong sahod?  Entitled ka pa sa onting naipong 13th month.

^i mean engr wala yung half month salary per year of service...  so yung mga 13th month pay ko and last cut off na pinasok ko yung expected ko makuha...  dont know if ibigay yung 5days sick leave ko...  (may ako nag start before pag dating ng dec wala ako na received na sick leave)  pero thr following decembers may kasama na 5days sl...  ;(

thank God til tom na lang ako ;)

ibig sabihin lang nun wala silang parang "early retirement package."  Nonetheless, good luck sa iyo at nakawala ka sa ganun :)

TY so much engr...  yup...  I really need a best luck this time...  since ayoko na maka experience ng ganyang klaseng employer...  kung meron man ulit maka discover sa aking ganyan...  I make sure 6months is enough...  not years...  hahahha...  tyvm GT

Iba ang separation pay sa backpay. At lalong iba sya sa early retirement package. What you should get is backpay. Pro-rated 13th month pay for the year + your last salary + unused paid leave if any.

Sis wag ka magexpect ng separation pay. Wala ka talaga nyan. Binibigay lang yan if na-lay off ka ng hindi ikaw ang cause. Meaning hindi ka nagresign, hindi ka na terminate. Please read up on labor code. Employer kasi kami at yung dati naming employee, nagfile sa labor kasi wala raw kaming binigay na separation pay. Eh wala naman talaga dapat kasi terminated sya due to grave misconduct. So wala rin syang napala.

yup sis resee wait ko na lang tom yung last paycheck ko...  about separation pay di talaga ako nag expect nyan...  pero sa ibang company kasi may ganung compensation...  pang attract nila sa mga employee to stay more than one year...  since wala ibibigay sa akin ang company ng ganung compensation then so be it...  basta ako move on na...  by second week ng march mag start na ako sa bagong company...  ;)  sa ngayon enjoy my vacation muna ;)

UPDATE: after more than 1 year of my endeavor and company hopping... :) 3 BPO companies and 1 government employment for 2016, 1 government employment (as Job Order it hurts me a lot that this time I experienced a no work nonpay policy, no cash gifts, no bonuses even 13th month :( )for last quarter of 2016 up to first quarter of 2017... start of second quarter got government permanency, and recently I was transferred to Government Hospital with National item... I found myself working as public servant now til I retire. :)

I dont think that I can reached this far if I let my anxiety resides within... I dont know my purpose yet but I know something is waiting there. the more you whine, the more you bleed, and the more you know the more you wanna leave...

PS. to my Ex (6years exp company) hey bosses, thanks for the experience, those experience thought me much in life... what company to avoid. naging hopper ako kasi gusto ko bigyan ng chance ang company... pero talagang pinahirapan ako... almost 1 year nagka financial crisis ang family ko after mag resign sa inyo... tapos nung hihingi lang ako ng detailed cert. of employment. dumaan pa ako sa butas ng karayom... di ba 2 empleyado pinalit nyu sa position ko dahil di kaya ng isa... pero ako kinaya ko... syempre tagal ko na jan kahit nakapikit kaya ko :) pero ok lang dahil yung time na hindi ako nag po post sa thread na ito yun yung time na hirap na hirap ako sa buhay, na minsan natatanung ko sarili ko if "mukhang mali desisyon ko na nag resign ako sa company nyu" hindi ko tuloy na eenjoy yung mga perks every xmas holiday.

pero ganun talaga hindi ako mag grow if anjan pa din ako ;)

pasensya na sis sobra saya ko lang finally i found what im longing for ganun pala pakiramdam ;)
