Meat Processing/Meat Shop Business

Sis ito rin sana plan ko itayong business for my parents sa may wet market malapit sa entrance ng subdivision. Tanong ko lang, what if hindi naubos agad yung pork ganu katagal usually bago masira kahit nasa freezer?

update:
meatshop is still doing good. nakikilala na sya. most customers are employees, yung mga ginagabi at maagang pumapasok. still, i am the supplier of 2 school canteens  and 1 company's cafeteria.

i'd like to add organic products, since yun ang wala dito sa amin, like vegetables, meat, fruits etc.

hope to start it by 2017.

Sis, bka meron kyo alam na suppliers ng mga frozen products like tocino, longganisa, hotdogs, etc. Ska dressed chicken like magnolia.
