to achieve a very fine texture ng ice candy, mix the evap/condensed milk with hot water first before with the reg.water (thats what my mom taught me)...

1 big condensed milk
mangoes
half litre hot water
half litre reg. water
sugar(to taste depende sa preference) but usually dinadamihan ko ng sugar kasi tumatabang if nag-ice na sya.

>adjust mo content ng water and sugar if gaano kadami gagawin mo
>for commercialized ice candy lagyan ng konti cornstrach to achieved a fine texture!...gudluck! ;)

A really good thing I've tried is the mango-flavored ice candy. :) We used to make tons of those here at home when my siblings and I were kids.

- Mix evaporated milk and mangoes and water in a blender, so as to crush the mangoes as well
- Put mixture in ice candy bags
- Freeze to desired hardness. Haha. :)

like snowball, we also put nestle cream. ang ingredients ko naman, parang sa fruit salad. mas diluted lang sya at may evaporated milk. smooth ang consistency nya. kahit matunaw, masarap pa din.

actually ang alam kong secret ng masarap at creamy ice candy is to put cassava starch....yan tried and tested namin.. then anchor powdered milk.

Cheese ice candy?  Paano yun?

Nung bata pa ako, nagtitinda rin ako nito sa bahay.  1 peso each.  Haha sobrang tagal na nun.

Usually  fruit shakes or Milo ang ginagawa kong ice candy. ;)
