Title: I am new to bodybuilding and am underweight.

I want to gain both muscle mass and overall weight. I have a lifestyle that is sedentary (except the gym sessions ). What should my macros be? How should I calculate how many calories I need to eat and what should the macros of it be. My weight is 50 kgs and height is 5'8.

Introduce more protein to your diet, and you'll see results.
