bakit kayo nag resign sa job nyo?

I use to work in retail. I resigned simply because I am overworked and underpaid.

1st job (5yr, FM station) - ang liit ng sweldo, pamasahe ko lang. though part-time lang while attending college

2nd job (1 1/2 yrs, call center) - greener pasture, higher pay, higher position

3rd job (5 yrs, call center) - stress, stress, and too much stress.. nanibago nung nalipat sa graveyard shift. and have to resign kasi naiiwan yung baby ko w/ her yaya lang pag gabi. don't like!

4th job (current, freelance creative/article writing) - officially a WAHM, and i love it!! i get to be with my daughter all the time, naasikaso ko asaw ko when he gets home. and i'm earning pa.

I recently resigned coz I'm 6 mos preggy with my 3rd child I plan to work again after I give birth, though.

Mag ffeb na pero wala paring opportunity na dumarating sakin.. Decided na talaga ako to resign this year kaso wala pang kapalit..

Ayoko na, walang specific position dito.. kahit anong work ipagawa sayo need mong gawin.. bawal umuwi ng maaga pero wala namang OT.. Saka feeling ko wala narin akong natututunan.. Though when it comes to people I worked with, 100% ok sana... hayy..

Sana may perfect company..

first job: 4 years sa newspaper. resigned because i want to try working elsewhere
2nd job: american law firm. good pay but boring!!! tapos na politika pa ng bad officemate
3rd job: big well-known TV station. sobrang underpaid tapos overworked talaga! I didn't renew kasi sobrang not worth it at the end of the day tapos abusado sila.
4th job: I'm currently still here. Nagextend ako since December when I actually filed for an immediate resignation. Napakiusapan ng mga owners pero right now I'm still not happy with how things are going.  Palagi nalang delayed ang sweldo and reimbursements. Kinakapos ako tapos grabe magtambak ng trabaho.  May 2 bad officemates pa I'm thinking if I'll wait for 6 months here or leave na after Feb after my VL for a week. Nakakafrustrate na rin at nakakapagod tapos hindi naman ganoon ka stable sa amin.  Kaso natatali ako ngayon because I handle people under me who don't want me to leave. If not for them, I would have done it last December talaga. Also wala pa rin ako malilipatan. I'm frustrated na.

3 years din akong frontliners until naisip kong it's about time to take a new path. Errr. Echos. Pagod at stressed ako lately and I know being on my own and realizing my dreams will make me happy. So that's it.

i resigned last october because the international airline i used to work for gave me 4 sector flights and multiple turn- arounds. feeling ko di na ako flight attendant and maid na maid na ang dati ko na naka make up. i love flying but turn arounds made me weak. Im praying for emirates. at least they dont do 4 sectors and roster is a combination of layovers and turn arounds.

planning to resign in 1st or 2nd week of march although wala pang naka-back up na work.. hehe.. pahinga muna..

mas malaki yung offer na sahod sabagong work. lahat ng aspect (benefits, career growth and all)mas maganda. at di naman ako nagkamali na iwan yung dati

1st job (fastfood) : my job sisnce I was 16 during college days.. kase naman pang part time lang talaga siya.. it's not meant to be a stable job. saka di sya ang field ko at ayoko ng ganung trabaho. overwork and underpaid.

2nd job (call center) : after college naman to, 1 month lang. di ko na tinuloy after nung project kase malayo at patayan ang work.. ayoko ng sinisigawan ako. nagiinit ang dugo ko. wala silang karapatan.. haha.

3rd job (online english teacher) : manganganak ako. i am bored. it's not my field and i am just not made to be a teacher.

I guess, I won't satisfied with any job. I am never made to be an employee. I wanted to be the BOSS..

i am supposed to resign january 2011 bec. the shifting schedule of my job is taking it's toll on my health. been on graveyard shift fore more than a year now and i've become so sickly more than ever. i decided to extend bec. i wasn't ready yet. but now i've finally made up my mind.. i will be resigning on april and i informed my supervisor about it already. the job itself is okay, pay is not that big but i can manage, it's the schedule that i really hate. this year, i promised to prioritize my health and well-being
