Planning to resign next year, gusto ko lang mareceive ang 13th month ko. haha. 1st job palang naman. and 1yr. na ko dito sa I guess enough na for experience... 

ayoko sa new department ko....... BORING!

Hehe yung last job ko...pinagresign ako ng aking inang reyna. Dahil me nanligaw sakin na girl din. Ewan ko ba at pinagbigyan ko nanay ko. House arrest tuloy ako

2nd - career  growth and salary...of course ( 3 years)
3rd - wala pa...naghahanap pa ng rason hahaha

1st job(5 mos)-Call Center - I got pregnant, and had some complications. I was advised by my OB to have complete bed-rest, so I resigned from work.
2nd job(1 year)Call Center -Company is on a shaky ground, accounts are pulled by Clients.
3rd job (5mos)Call Center - I'm going back to school eh

I'm working in a travel agency

First job (9 months) - Multi-task .. mall hours .. mahirap kasi pinalilipat lipat ako ng branch nasa branch na ako ilang oras lang mag text sa akin na lilipat ako .. resignation 30 days effectivity ..

Second job (1month) - may finacial problem na kasi yung company .. may mga utang siya sa ibang travel agency .. ayun! natakot akong madamay .. nag resigned ako effective agad kinabukasan .. haha!

Third Job (2months & counting) - Mall hours pa rin .. delayed lagi sweldo .. eto pinagiisipan kong mag resign or baka mapag tiisan ko pang tapusin contract ko .. actually wala akong contract na-sign sabi lang yung trainee 5months depende kun maregular ..

ako talagang career growth ang reason ko everytime I resign... if I feel like its getting stagnant and if I'm not intellectually challenged anymore, I look for another job that will satisfy my needs. Ayoko kasi nung feeling ko nasasayang pinagaralan ko or nabobobo ako.. gusto ko lagi akong tntrain to learn new things, gusto ko maraming responsibility! Ayoko ng slack slack kasi I get bored

ako, i'm working here in there middle east, i opted to be terminated, we were both not happy with each other ng boss ko (sha sa work ko, ako sa management nia).  i made a way where in he will terminate me, he even let me write my termination letter, of course i wrote something for my advantage.  somehow, mas malaki ang severance pay pag termination plus me repatriation pa rather than magresign.

kasi nag-asawa ako at dito kami titira sa Bulacan. Administrative Staff ako dati ng gov. namin sa probinsiya. At may promotion sana ako next 3 months pero nag-asawa ako. Sayang talaga. Pero inlove eh, kaya sunod-sunuran kuno

i have a dilemma on what to do with my life and career... i want to work abroad but im not whole-hearted on that for the reason that i dont want to leave my family- my lolas and lolo. im so close and very attach to them... i know it will be hard for them to see me go and on my part it seem that i cant leave them coz they are old already but i know i cant earn much here i want to try to work abroad even for a year to earn... i dont want to regret someday either i leave them behind to pursue my career or not even trying to work abroad plsss help me so confused..im asking for signs but till now there's none..pls help me

^ my friend is also working in an airline company. Maliit nga sahod, puro deadlines and OT pa. I think one thing that prevents her from resigning is dahil sa free flights..lakwatsera din kasi..

Nag resign ako sa dati kong work kasi napapansin ko nagiging NEGATIVE na ako, madali ng uminit ulo ko, and I am not happy with the place of work anymore. Politics is at its WORST! I became whiny, madalas na ako mag complain. pilit na pilit na ako pumasok, na 15th and 30 na lang talaga ang aking hinihintay na araw.Boss kong kups pinagplanuhan pa akong patanggal. Scheming gay bst@rd. Pinagsama sama niya mga petty mistakes ko then he snowballed it to make it BIG enough for me to get fired. Pero, he did not succeed kasi walang basis ang pagpapatanggal niya sa akin kasi pasado pa rin ako sa Quality scores work ko.. asa 90+% ang QUALITY SCORE ko.. kaya di niya ako napatanggal. Pinaglaban ko sarili ko. Tsaka feeling ko rights ko naviviolate.. nag SL ako.. abah! may pinadalang mga tao para paimbestigahan ako! I was only absent for 3 days.. and well informed siya about it since tinawagan ko siya. Pinagdududahan pa ako, ayoko ng ganun. Lahat tayo may 15 days VL and 15 SL, ngayon how we use them, wala na sila dun. Basta yung SL ko  for sickness purposes. No need naman para pasundan ako or pa check pa kung asa bahay ako namamahinga. He gave me a memo kasi wala daw ako sa bahay when the admin visited me. Aba eh tulog ako eh!  akala niya mabubutasan niya ako dun.. sorry, I had proper documents from my doctors and from Medical city to confirm everything. Sinalpak ko sa pagmumukha niya! I hate it when people doubts you. sa 3 years ko sa office na yun.. never ako nagliwaliw when I filed for an SL. Baka siya na nahuli siya na lasing ng isang dating officemate namin na naka SL siya pero nakita siyang lasing sa greenhills. That explains why he doubts his staffs.. kasi gawain niya. takot siyang ginagawa din ng tao niya ang ginagawa niya... I just have to resign. goodbye INFERNO!!

not yet but about to resign this is my 1st job -as a content development asst. (PRESS sa showbiz industry for web) sakto lang sweldo.

the work is okay sana, but the social life gets boring. im just glad i have my bf to feel not bored at least most days in a week. kaya excited ako lagi umuwi. inggit ako sa knya kasi hawak nya oras nya.

i plan to put up my own biz and start handling my own time. i hate having to wake up early!

nagresign ako sa previous work kase sobra na toxic.  I was an operations supervisor but seems to me that I DO EVERYTHING.  As in EVERYTHING.  Wala na sa job description ko. He leaves everything to me. Like he is not working anymore and waiting for my decions and actions.  When there's a dilemna, HE IS NOT AROUND! and what do I do? Of course I take action to it.  I really feel "TALO" when it comes to my salary. Tapos when it comes to credit to the big bosses, sa kanya credit and not mine.  He is always asking for my opnion and later I found out that he would use that opinion to take it as his.  Impressive right?  I resigned and it is like a bomb dropped to all of them. 

I am in a new company now and I am happier here.

the same with you sis.. plan ko lang magpa-one year this jan. 20 then go na! sayang kasi ang 13nth month and bonus, dagdag savings din yun.. hehe..  ayoko kasing nag-eencode lang, feeling ko di na ko nag-ggrow sa environment ko..

ayoko na rin mag renew ng contract, makasama ang mga usi na kaopisina, maliit na pasahod at wala ng challenge sa work kaya nag decide na ako mag resign. good thing as i was planning to leave ay may dumating na magandang opportunity kaya ayon, swak ang pag alis ko. salamat kay Lord.

Masyadong maramin utang ang ang dati kong boss. Marami rin syang kasong hinaharap. I know kasi naririnig ko pag tumatawag ang lawyer nya. Ayoko na nga lang malaman kung anung details. Ayokong ma-involve sa kahit ano don. Saka masyado syang careless sa confidentiality matters. Hindi naman nya aakuin ang sisi when he gets screwed. Syempre sa employees ang sisi, sasabihin nya lang wala syang alam sa nangyari. Pambihira! Buti na lang wala na ko dun.
