bakit kayo nag resign sa job nyo?

I wasn't happy anymore. The pay was good but the environment sucks. Grabe ang chismis and everyone seemed so fake. At first, hesitant ako kasi maganda yung pay so sayang naman but eventually, I got really tired din. Yung feeling na every morning na lang nagdadalawang isip ako kung papasok ba ko or hindi.

i can certainly relate to that, sis yufa... if you are starting to question your worth, then it IS indeed time to move on... best of luck

Thanks sis. It actually made me think how much do I really worth. Though honestly, I don't know until now but what I DO know is that I don't deserve my job now. I deserve something better.

Nakakasawa na, paulit-ulit na lang. Wala nang challenge. I want to get out of my comfort zone. Mga ganun. Usually, yun ang dahilan.  Money was never an issue for me.

i'm a military wife and hubby gets deployed sometimes. when they deploy, short notice lang usually but they are away for several months, but it depends also. so i have to quit and stay with my kids when he's gone.

secoNd joB-abroad: i have to go back home, kasi kaya ko naman kitain yung sweldo ko doon dito sa pinas, isa pa nawawalan na ako ng moral don! ^^

To be honest, I didn't resign. I was terminated. Mass Termination sa Company na pinasukan ko kasi di maganda ang status ng account na iyon. btw mga sis out topic eto  okay ba na sabihin mo sa bago mong inaaplayan na na terminate ka kasi ganyan ganito ang reason? what do you think? tatanggapin ka ba if you were terminated? I need an advice

resigned because nakakadrain ang parang robot ang trabaho; i can apply somewhere  and get higher pay.

2nd reason: health---i was diagnosed with chronic laryngitis, and due to my nature of work hindi ko mapahinga boses ko ng ganun ganun na lang.

3rd reason: im bound to go out of the country this december and I'll be gone for a month. gusto ko pagbalik ko sa manila iba naman ang environment. it's about time to make the change ika nga nila.

i should have resigned earlier kaso since 1st job ko to, nanghinayang ako sa 3 years ko don, pero anyway tinanggal na nila annualization kaya i have to move on!

One of the reasons I recently resigned coz of the work environment. Sobra yung office politics & favoritism. I can bear with it naman pero may point na mapupuno ka & your efforts will not be recognized coz they are favoring on some other people na obviously wala namang ginagawa/ effort sa work!

i resigned kasi hindi ko type environment. grabe plastikan ng mga tao.. tipong kapag kaharap mo ang bait, beso beso tapos mababalitaan mo nalang nagmumurahan na sila at laitan.. tapos the next day ok na ulit? parang hello diba,a ng plastik.

the pay was good pero naku naman araw araw parang ayoko na pumasok.. not worth it. walang peace of mind e.

I resigned because i can no longer put myself through the pressure na every single day na lang talaga and yet for a year i didnt even receive a salary increase or so. I recently went through colonoscopy pati health ko napabayaan ko na sa sobrang trabaho. May folip na pala ko sana lang bukas pagkuha ko ng result ng biopsy ko sana negative. Naiinip ako now not doing anything but far better than keeping a job na sabi nila malaki sweldo pero considering lahat ng sakripisyo mo for me the salary is not worth it

kasi immature si bossing. as in siya pa [textspeak!] pinapagalitan ko. walang sense. walang challenge. walang growth. ayoko ng desk job talaga.

because i suddenly felt that i was already dragging my feet to work. i felt demotivated.  i didn't care anymore about money since it's no longer worth it to put myself into a lot of stress, ayoko na i-sacrifice ang health ko just for money. mas magastos magkasakit eh. i felt like i was only there for the salary and nothing more. additional pa na financially, unstable ang company and the management sucks.

1st -  super start-up company. no projects.
2nd - multinational company, good benefits, nice environment but i had to follow my dreams.
3rd - very good pay, right career, worst management.
4th - i did not like it at all from the start. stupid decision.

sa last job ko, i resigned kasi super stressed na ako. ang layo layo ng office. my hubby asked me to quit my job dahil nakikita nyang lagi akong pagod. gusto na rin namin mag baby kaya rest daw muna ako. will try to look for a job na malapit sa amin pero sabi ni hub, mas gusto raw nya kung online job nalang ang hanapin ko. goodluck to me.
