How to ask for Salary Increase?

Hi guys,

I work from home for this US-based company for more than 3 years na. All is good naman, But since nag resigned na un isang staff, I've been doing tasks that are supposedly for two people for almost a year na. Sometimes its tough, but lagi ko pa din nammeet un deadlines. So may boss asked me now if I know someone to hire para maless na un tasks ko. Pero honestly hindi naman ako nahihirapan kahit un tasks ko para sa 2 tao na, kaya no complaints at all ako.

My concern is, if okay lang ba iask un boss ko na instead hiring someone else pa, why not just increase my salary? (bukod sa annual increase) kasi I've been doing it na for a while na. If yes, what is the best way to say it? un hindi naman rude or makapal ang mukha ang dating ko. am I making sense? hehe I think naman tipid na siya dun at hindi na ulit magttrain pa ng bago.

If ever mag yes si boss, how much increase he should give or i ask?
