Sa 1st job (Account Manager) ko, kasi walang increase after a year of working there. Kalerki. Mas malaki pa expense ko kesa income.
Sa 2nd job (Account Manager) ko, umalis ako kasi nasilaw ako sa pay sa call center agent. Isipin mo, manager na title mo sa job,mas malaki pa sweldo ng call center agent.
Sa 3rd job (Call Center Agent) ko, kasi gusto ko na ng growth and mukhang matatagalan pa iyun sa company ko noon. So lipat ako sa newly established company sa Philippines. Call Center din.
Dito pa rin ako sa 4th job ko so far.

Umalis ako sa 1st job ko kasi akala ko talaga mamamatay na ako sa sobrang stress.  Okay naman sa 2nd job ko, pero feeling ko nag-stagnate ako, so humanap ako ng iba.  Sana 3rd time is the charm.

1st job - Hotel industry. I needed a change of environment even if I was with the company for almost 9 yrs. Konting tumbling na lang, early retirement na sana but circumstances pushed me to shift careers/environment.

2nd job - Call center industry. I wanted to go back to a daytime job & spend [textspeak!] with the family due to the graveyard shift. My time at home is spent sleeping.

3rd job - Call center industry. Daytime job. Weekends off & some special holidays no work. But the stress level is too much & the demands are starting to take its toll on me. As of to-date, I heard of multiple resignations from people I know & more than half of the department's population looked for greener pastures. And there is still more to resign before the year ends.

4th job - Current job. Liking it because it is related to my 1st job & a mix of the 2nd & 3rd job but majority is similar to a department I was assigned to in my 1st job/company. And the environment is so light, people are great. I may start from scratch, going back to the ranks as the 1st & 3rd job positions I had were already in the higher level/managerial positions. But it may be worth the sacrifice =)

1st Job - walang growth. dekorasyon lang, masabi lang na me IE sila
2nd Job- burnt-out sa boss + may malaking offer si 3rd job
3rd job- super ganda ng benefits high paying job kaya lang halos sa office na ako tumira. Madali lang ang workload pero si bossing stressful.
4th job (abroad) - just to save face from previous employer nag abroad-pag dating dito na uto ng agency. super liit ng sweldo
5th job (present) after one year nang pag titiis sa 4th job at last I'm back on track.Normal pa naman ang buhay ko dito. siguro kasi 4 months pa lang ako

1st job(Tech Support)- 5 months. end of contract. opted not to renew since the salary is too low compared to my expenses. besides traveling to and from the office is too tiring for me.
2nd job(BPO) - 5 yrs. maganda sana ang pay at ayos din ang mga benefits but 5 years of graveyard shift sobrang napagod na ako.  besides nawalan na rin ako ng motivation to work.  parang sobrang naging routine na lang sya sakin. 
3rd job([textspeak!]) - 1 yr and 5 months. i took this job for experience kasi gusto ko talagang mag-shift sa IT.  plus it's a day shift job pero naman 9 regular working hrs per day at grabe din ang overtime.  but the real reason why i left is hindi nere-remit ng company yung mga sss, pag-ibig at philhealth contributions namin. 
4th job([textspeak!]) - 6 months.  end of contract ko this month.

1st job - hindi ko feel [textspeak!] boss ko ako gumagawa then ang credit sa kanya gawa nya daw lahat un

2nd Job - hindi ko na natiis [textspeak!] boss ko na super perfectionist halos araw araw bago pumasok nag pray ako at iiyak sa cr  ng office sa sobrang stress at pressure (pero dami ko natutunan and sobrang na- apply ko sa work ko)

3rd job - sobrang boring hindi ko nakikita sarili ko na tatanda dun

4th job - 5 years tinagal ko dito but then sobrang stressful na ng work.  Boss kong gay sobrang hindi ko nagugustuhan ang mga style nya basta sya mag benefit ok pero pag maraming empleyado haharangin nya. Walang increase for 2 years!

hi mga sis! [textspeak!] una i got pregnant. [textspeak!] 2nd hindi na ako happy sa ginagawa at routine ng trabaho ko. itong pangatlo sa awa ng Diyos e pang 7th year ko na.

hindi pa ako rume-resign. iniisip ko pa lang. haha. hindi ko kasi sure kung kaya ko na ang bagong environment.

1st job (eTelecare) - career shift. i was given a chance to be an HR Assistant in a consulting firm. dream job ko yun so grab agad ng opportunity.

2nd Job (HR - Consuling Firm) - AWOL ako dito. I hate the working environment. Very stressful and unhealthy.

Right now I am with Infosys. So far so good :-)

1st job ko, dahil i got pregnant and my family na ko.. ang hirap magdecide kung babalik pa after maternity leave. pero mas kelangan ako ng baby ko, kaya i chose him

Umalis yung yaya ko ng walang paalam, so I decided to quit and take care of my kids na lang. It was so hard nung umpisa, lalo na yung alam mong wala ka ng sweldo every 15th and 3oth LOL pero it's all worth it kasi I get to see my kids the whole day. Im into online selling din so ok lang kasi may profit pa rin naman =)

for my first job, a lot2x of reasons:

hate5x the boss who replaced by boss before

overwhelmed by the responsibility (on the way to promotion)

needed new environment; 2 years in the job. .

bigla ko na lang nafeel na ayoko na. . and my family needed me in the province. .

now im in my second job, same field, higher position. . .hmmmm still learning to love the work because so far im working because its what people my age should do at this point, ,

ako naman yung first job ko (business financial) sobrang comfort zone ko kaya lang nabili sya nung company na in the end e nag absorb sa kin. yung ibang mga ka officemate ko na redundunt. ok na ok yung company namin na yun kasi maliit lang na firm tapos halos lahat kami magkakakilala. dun sa company na nag absorb sa kin sobrang nadepress ako, pano kasi sa sobrang laki ng company yung mga tao dun especially yung mga may posisyon e masyadong feeling. laganap pa dun yung discrimination kasi halos lahat ng graduate dun e from la salle, ateneo or univ of asia and the pacific. kung hindi ka galing sa mga schools na yan yung mga feeling na may posisyon parang minamaliit ka. kahit pa up or plm ka dedma sila. popromote nila yung galing lang sa mga schools na yan. sobrang stressful para sa kin yung environment and feeling ko health hazard na mga manager ko kasi nangmamata sila kaya ayun nilayasan ko na lang. i'd rather stay at home without any income than have a good compensation but die of stress naman

3rd job (bank): Ibang level an hirap nang work.  Left after 2 years

Now, scouting for a new job.  Hoping to find something that would make me last longer.  @Sigh*

yung previous job kasi ang tagal ng growth... imagine after two years pa ako nagka-increase tapos lumayo na yung place of work super talo na ako sa fare.

Ok na sana kasi dream company ko yun pero I realized di pala lahat ng may pangalan na company eh maganda mag work... Minsan hanggang pangalan lang talaga
