Hi girls. One rule of thumb for choosing the right size ng breast implants? It will depend on the patient. Choose the size that makes you feel how you imagined you would feel if your breasts were always the size you wanted. My surgeon Dr Rino Lorenzo for example, when I had my breast implant in Manila, he provided assistance when choosing my breast size. During the time I considered him to be my top choice to be my surgeon, I looked at the before and after images on his website gallery. It is important for me to be confident that me and my plastic surgeon share the same aesthetic sensibilities. The result actually exceeded my expectations!

Hi mga Sis! 😄 Another newbie po. Napadaan po ko sa thread cause just like the others po, i wanted to grow my boobies din po (esp now na pabalik boyfie so I wanted to surprise him and gusto ko din po talaga for myself hahaha) 😂
so I was really into breast enhancements po. Planning and just wondering po kung ano po kaya dapat gawin or bilhin, since 27 na po ko chubby pero halos flat chested po then irreg po mens. 😔
May masusuggest po ba kayo sakin kung ano po pinka safe for my body, like anong products po ba kaya yun talagang effective na pwede ko itake? And may link po ba kayo mga sis? (I know google but takot po kasi ko na-scam) hihi 😅

Issue ko na rin ito dati pa kase mga ex ni BF has big boobs. Ako lang yata hindi. Tanggap ko na sa puso ko na hindi na talaga lalaki ang boobs ko. Lalo na nung after ko magpa breastfeed, mas lalong lumiit boobs ko. Kagalit diba?

Although ok lang naman sa BF ko na small lang boobs ko, yung self pity ko nalang iniisip ko kase gusto ko mag bikini. Si BF naman wala na magagawa kung gusto niya ng may malaking dede kase ako na yung GF niya, magdusa siya. LOL. Unless makipagbreak siya saken dahil dun.

for me when you decide to get BA. don't do it dahil sa partners/spouse nyo.. DO it para sa sarili niyo to gain more confidence extra bonus na lang yung pleasure sa partner niyo. a friend of mine nag pa ganyan ate age 37 she's very happy sa results. yun nga lang after 3 years need mag pa MRI monitor kung may leak ganon daw ang folliw-up check-up time line sa nag undergo ng BA. magastos din

It would depend on the surgeon. There are surgeons who are very good but offer reasonable pricing.  My surgeon Dr Rino Lorenzo for example, when I had my breast implant in Manila, he provided assistance and offered a very nice fee. During the time I considered him to be my top choice to be my surgeon. Not only did I have a very easy recovery, but my results is very nice. And I don't say this to be conceited, I truly mean this from a surgical perspective? My surgeon did a beautiful job. Very advance ang techniques niya. Perfect results but with minimal intrusion. I am considering getting a blepharoplasty under him this december or january. Good luck guys!

To those who've had breast augmentation, my question is:  Do i need to have a companion with me during recovery?  I live alone kasi.  I plan to prepare everything na, my meals, medicines, etc...  I Ang mga narinig ko kasi, mahirap daw bumangon from the bed.  So I plan to just lie on my sofa & upright position para hindi mahirap bumangon... Actually, naghahanap ako ng mga recovery houses.  Ang nakita ko lang is sa QC, which is very far from me & the clinic I plan to go to.  I hope you can share your recovery experiences.  Thanks!!!

I tried taking Diane 35 pills. Ang mahal pala nito nasa 600+. I don?t know if ok lang since regular naman menstruation ko, i?m just 27 yrs old never had a child.

I tried taking diane 35 kasi curious ako sa breast enhancing side effect nya. I have  a double A cup di pa nga makapuno, almost flat na talaga.

It?s been 2 weeks na and this is what i noticed, yes nakakalaki sya pero slight lang hindi yung bongga na cup A agad. Yung bra ko hindi pa rin napupuno pero mafifeel mo na may laman,  downside lang is lagi syang sore. Same sa feeling pag bago ako magkaron yung mabigat na masakit tas pag dinatnan na balik sa normal size.


After 1 blister i?ll stop taking diane na since my friends kept telling me na hindi daw maganda magtake ng pills pag hindi pa nagkakababy.

Pashare naman mga sis ng mga may natake nang breast enhancing pills na ok talaga yung effect. Thanks!

Hi, I am taking malunggay capsule and it's kinda making my breast firm. I will also start PM since I am always in regular period hope it works. I'll update you guys.
