I agree with you Sis...!!!sis consult ka sa dr..baka kasi may reason din kung bakit ka ngkakaganyan,sakin kasi depression naging cause..or maybe sa nature ng work mo.. ganyan din ako before straight 2 days walang tulog talaga umiiyak nako kasi gusto ko nang makatulog,marami na nai- reseta sakin gamot halos di lahat tumalab may tumalab man sakin may tama naman na parang groggy ako pag gising and the whole day,yung cousin ko na naka base sa Japan nung umuwi may pina try sakin SHISEIDO na sleeping pills nakakarelax sya tapos makakatulog nako... after ko maubos 1 box (12 pcs parang contraceptive pills itsura) naging ok nako tapos maintain ko na lang na di na ko nagpupuyat talaga at di na din ako masyadong nag iisip ng kung ano ano basta pag matutulog na.
i normally have 3-4 hrs sleep only due to insomia...always drinking of coffee and smoking habits...until my mom recommended me to drink this chocolate drink w/ alive contents on the sachet then successful ang sleep ko max ko na ngayon is 7 hours and mahimbing pa ang tulog....maybe due to super stressful lifestyle ko kaya i badly needed supplements...
